Whole Tree Dentistry

Dr. Strickland, a Columbus, GA native, has been in dentistry since the age of 17. After working in a dental office for several years, she realized her passion for dentistry and received her DMD from the Medical College of Georgia in 1997. Dr. Strickland has been in private practice for 23 years. Her practice, Whole Tree Dentistry, provides general dentistry services with a whole body oral systemic approach including Dental Sleep Medicine. Married to her high school sweetheart for over 35 years, Dr. Strickland has three sons, a daughter-in-law, and granddaughter that she cherishes. She is an active member in her church where she teaches a Ladies Bible Study Soul Sisters. Dr. Strickland is currently a member of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Georgia Dental Association (GDA), and the American Academy for Oral Systemic Health (AAOSH). She is also a Diplomate with the American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM), and a VIVOS Integrated Practice (VIP).

Dr. Bassett was born and raised in Columbus, GA and was a graduate of Hardaway High School in 2001. She received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Georgia in 2005, then went on to earn her DMD (Doctor of Dental Medicine) from the University of Florida in 2010. Upon graduation, Dr. Bassett decided to move back home to Columbus where she has been practicing with Dr. Strickland since 2010.

She is a member of the American Dental Association, Georgia Dental Association, Western Dental Society, American Academy of Oral Systemic Health, and a VIVOS Integrated Practice (VIP). She also volunteers her time as an active member of the Junior League of Columbus.

Dr. Bassett has a busy life outside of work. She and her husband Sam have two children, Ellie and Will, plus two Labrador retrievers, Boone and Banks. She enjoys going to the beach, watching her children play sports, UGA football and being outdoors. She and her family are very involved at St. Anne Catholic Church.

Vonda was born here in Columbus, GA and was raised in Ft. Mitchell. She graduated high school from Woodland Christian Academy, and earned her hygiene degree from Columbus Tech. Vonda has been a part of the Whole Tree team since 1999, and says she loves getting to know her patients and working with a wonderful team of ladies.

She and her husband Jimmy have two children, Austin and Amianne, and two dogs, Dixie and Chubs. Vonda loves reading, watching Alabama football, hanging out with friends and family, and loving on her granddaughter Raelyn.

Becky was born and raised in Mississippi, and moved to Columbus in 1990. She has been working in the dental field for over 30 years, and has been a part of the Whole Tree family for over 20 years. She enjoys working in a Christian-based office that focuses on whole body health. Getting to meet and build relationships with the patients is her favorite part of the job.

Paige was born here in Columbus and raised in Phenix City. She graduated from Central High School and attended Columbus State University. Paige has been part of the Whole Tree family since 1999 where she loves taking care of patients and serving others' needs.

Aaron was born and raised in LaGrange, GA and graduated from Columbus Technical College in 2004 with an Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene. She has been a part of the Whole Tree team since 2005 where she focuses on providing quality care and education on oral systemic health. She enjoys building relationships with her patients, and loves the sisterhood with her co-workers at Whole Tree.

Aaron and her husband, Kenny, have 3 daughters, Ali, Anslee & Aubrey, and 2 mini dachshunds, Bear and Shelby. They enjoy watching their kids play softball, traveling in their camper, going to the beach and watching Georgia football.

Ashley 'Sug' was born and raised in Columbus, and received her CPR and Expanded Duties certification from Columbus Tech. She has been a part of the Whole Tree family since 2006, and she loves the people she works with!

Away from the office, Sug loves going to the beach, enjoying time with family, watching the Atlanta Braves and GA football, and raising 26 goats with her husband Bryan at Willis Goat Farm. Sug has a son Wyatt, a stepdaughter Mikayla and three dogs.

Brittany is a Columbus, GA native and earned her Certified Dental Assistant certificate from Columbus Tech. She has been a part of the Whole Tree team since 2008, and she loves to work with patients and the Cerec machine.

Brittany is married to her high school sweetheart Nate and they have two children, Ty and Ellis. Brittany enjoys watching her kids play sports, going to the beach, spending time with family, and cheering on the GA Bulldogs!

Allison was born here in Columbus and raised just across the river in Phenix City, AL. She graduated from Central High School and attended CVCC and the University of Alabama. She is a registered dental hygienist, but most of the time you will find her helping patients at the front desk, which is her favorite part of the job.

Allison and her husband Mitchell have two children, Emma and Harrison. They also have 3 dogs, Taylor, Willie and Flash, and one cat, Lil Jon! Allison enjoys yoga, watching her daughter dance, joking & dancing with her son, and attending Central High School softball games where her husband coaches.

Jamie was born and raised in Columbus. As the Whole Tree Insurance Specialist, Jamie enjoys helping patients understand their insurance benefits. Jamie is also a Certified Medical Assistant and is certified in CPR.

Elizabeth is a Columbus, GA native and attended Columbus Tech and Columbus State University. She enjoys getting the chance to take care of people, working with amazing people, and working for Dr. Strickland who has been her dentist since age 5.

Originally from Savannah, GA, Olivia joined our Whole Tree Team in 2019. She is a graduate of Savannah Technical College with an Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene. Making people smile is Olivia's favorite part of her job!

In her free time Olivia enjoys outdoor activities like running and hiking, going to the beach, cooking, baking, reading and spending time with friends and family. She also loves being a 'dog mom' to Otis the Golden Doodle and Cane the Dutch Shepherd.
