A great experience overall. I was greeted by name by the front office staff. The assistant was very professional and courteous. Dr. Chapman was responsive in treating any discomfort I felt. When I left the insurance billing was explained to me and I was welcome to contact them with any questions. I received a follow-up phone call the next day to see how I was doing.
One of the best dental/endodontic procedures I've ever experienced. I felt totally relaxed and as comfortable as a person undergoing dental work can be. Dr. Chapman and the entire staff were great. 10 out of 10 Rah-Rah points. Would highly recommend his service for anyone needing to have an endodontic procedure. Waterfront Endodontics rocks!
Kudos to Dr and staff for fully explaining what was going to happen and for the follow-up. Very professional. The' what was going to happen' portion was accomplished so I would understand and the follow-up was an unexpected surprise. Taking time to call and make sure that everything was okay was very nice. Dr. Chapman received his bachelor of science from the University of Nevada. He attended Oregon Health Science University for his Doctor of Dental Medicine. Upon graduation, he decided to serve his country and was stationed as a Naval officer in Honolulu, Hawaii where he performed rotations in Endodontics and Oral Surgery. Once his tour was completed, he continued in private practice in downtown Honolulu. After 10 years as a general dentist, Dr. Chapman decided to return to residency to study microscopic endodontics at the University of Southern California. He completed his residency as a published chief resident studying under and alongside some of the most influential Endodontists in the country.
Dr. Chapman is originally from Hood River and is happy to have his wife and two children home. An avid outdoorsman, Travis loves the lifestyle that Hood River has to offer. Skiing, windsurfing, stand up paddling, mountain biking and outrigger canoeing are just some of activities he enjoys.

The other half of Travis has been working alongside of him as office manager since he began in private practice in 2007. She enjoys getting to know patients and ensuring they receive the best experience possible.

Gretchen is not only exceptionally professional, she is very comforting to patients young and old. Her chairside skills have been fine tuned to make your time in the chair as seamlessly smooth as possible.
