Dr. Tim Warise, a native of Middle Tennessee, upon graduating from dental school in 1989, practiced as an associate in a busy dental practice in Collierville Tennessee. In 1991 he returned to the mid-state and established Warise Family Dentistry in Smyrna.
Dr. Warise is passionate about helping his patients achieve optimal oral health as well as total health and well being. He is committed to applying the most advanced technology to help solve patientss dental needs, a commitment that is exemplified, in his pursuit of continuing education, in all areas of dentistry through-out his career.
Dr. Warises implant surgical training includes the Misch International Implant Institute, the Pikos Institute and the Perio Institute. His interest in orthodontics lead him to design a more effective technique than currently available, the Pivot Arm Appliance to orthodontically upright severely tipped mandibular second molars. He co-wrote the Pivot Arm Appliance-Controlled, Rapid Uprighting of Molars: A surprisingly Simple Solution which describes the appliance and its application and was published in the International Journal of Orthodontics.
Dr. Warise is a certified provider for Invisalign, a clear alternative to metal braces, Lumineers, as well as is a certified provider for LANAP (laser assisted new attachment procedure) a gum disease therapy .

Jacklyn works with our patients, consulting and educating them on needed procedures, helping them to prioritize and plan out their treatments, spending time helping to elevate the fear of treatment as well as the cost. She also acknowledges patients difficulties with scheduling, working with our patient care coordinators, to arrange convenient treatment times and always considers the patients time when scheduling treatment. She has a very special relationship with and enjoys working with our denture and partial wearing patients.

Laura is a Registered Dental Hygienist with twenty-six years in the dental field. Laura graduated from Western Kentucky University in 2005 with as AAS degree in Dental Hygiene. She has local anesthesia and laser certification. Her passion is to help patients that fear coming to the dentist feel at ease. Our patients feel comfortable with her because of her gentle touch, thoroughness and patience in listening to their needs and concerns.
Patty and Dr. Warise enjoy providing a wide variety of oral health services. You can expect one-on-one-attention from Patty be it orthodontic visits or cosmetic and restorative procedures. Having worked with Dr. Warise for over twenty-five years, she understands that patients have unique wants and needs and will take the time to answer all your questions.

Susan has lived in Smyrna her entire life. She graduated from MTSU May 2017 with a BA in Spanish. During her time at MTSU she studied abroad in Costa Rica and taught English in Spain. Susan joined our office in 2017. Shes cross trained in both clinical and front office. Shes married to Jordan. In her free time she enjoys video games and sewing.
Samantha attended MTSU where she received her BS in Health and Behavioral Sciences. She has been in the dental field over 14 years. While you may see her smiling face in one of our operatories shes most often found behind the scenes making sure our office runs smoothly. She has extensive training in billing, collections, as well as insurance coordinating.
