Family is in our name for two reasons. When youre here, youre always treated like family. We dont offer treatments unless wed recommend them for our own family members. We give you the time, gentle care, the respect you deserve, and we partner with every patient to develop personalized treatment plans. We also care for you entire family. Our dentists are skilled in treating the needs of children and adolescents as well as our senior citizens.
We are always here when our patients need us. No matter the time or day of the week, our dedicated team is on call 24/7 to offer the care patients need when they need it. Dont hesitate to contact us any time if you experience dental damage, toothache, or other oral health concerns that require urgent care.
At Tylan Creek Family Dentistry, our commitment to patients in the Powdersville, Simpsonville, and Greenwood, SC communities doesnt end, when the office closes for the day. Our dentists and team members volunteer their time, offer dental care, and provide financial support for a variety of local charitable events and organizations. We live and work in these communities, and we are passionate about making them a great place for our families and our patients' families. Some of the many community programs we support include Veteran services, programs that support current and retired school teachers, and the Humane Society. We are also proud supporters of the Let There be Mom organization that offers support to families affected by cancer, and the My Sisters House safe haven services offering support for victims of domestic violence.
