Dentistry is a passion that started for Dr. McNeill at an early age in his hometown of Ft. Pierce, Florida. His mother was a dental assistant, and starting at age 17, he spent his high school summers assisting a dentist he still considers his primary mentor. He is driven by the many fascinating challenges his profession presents, the discipline it takes to do it right, and the creativity that goes into developing the best solutions for patients.
Dr. McNeill focuses most of his training on cosmetic and implant dentistry by keeping up with latest materials, ceramics, and design. Dr. McNeill also has a specific interest in root canal therapy where he focuses on both the anatomical concerns and the opportunity to ease patients out of pain.
To ensure his practice offers high quality, cost effective care, Dr. McNeill and his staff participate in continuing education and training an array of topics related to patient care including safety, sterilization, and creating a welcoming and safe environment for his patients.
He is an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry (AGD) and his local Rotary Club. In 2015, Dr. McNeill received his the Academy of General Dentistry Mastership Award, the highest honor of AGD that reflects a general dentists ongoing commitment to provide quality care through continuing education.
In 1984, Dr. Morrison joined the long-standing dental practice in South Tampa originally established by his father Dr. George Morrison in 1952. From there, he continued to learn from his father, partner Dr. Bill McCallie and through continuing education and training.
Dr. Morrison is a supporter and believer in the L.D. Panke Institute Philosophy of Dental Excellence and has completed all the continuing education levels of training. In addition, he received Fellowship and Mastership status in the Academy of General Dentistry after completing 600 hours of continuing education, both lecture and participation, at the University of Florida Comprehensive Dental Program.
As an active member of the greater dental community, Dr. Morrison is dedicated to the growth and preservation of the profession that has tremendously blessed not only him but his father and family. His memberships and achievements include but are not limited to the following:
Dr. Morrison and his wife, Donna Duke Morrison of Bradenton, FL, a practicing artist and teacher have two wonderful grown daughters Alex and Grace. He enjoys fishing, reading, playing and listening to music, growing orchids, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
After 25 years of running his own private practice in the Bay area, board certified prosthodontist, Dr. T. Gregory Jacobs is joining forces with Dr. McNeills office to bring a new dimension of care and expertise to its patients. A specialist in hybrid dentures and dental implants, Dr. Jacobs is a pioneer in the practice of integrating all phases of removable and fixed prostheses with implants, both as immediate and delayed procedures. He also enjoys working with complete denture patients to achieve a superior level of denture stability or to improve denture stability using dental implants.
His reputation for successfully handling complex cases stems from his prosthodontic training of developing an understandable treatment plan for each patient, and then implementing predictable techniques to achieve an optimum level of care. Patients from all over Florida travel to Tampa to seek his care.
