Dr. King graduated from the Medical College of Virginias School of Dentistry in Richmond in 1994. She started in private practice dentistry and has become a perpetual student. She began practicing in Griffin, Georgia, and she started her own practice in Locust Grove in 1997. Dr. King achieved the prestigious status of Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry in July 2006. Only 1% of practicing dentists have achieved this award. It involvedachieving more than 1,100 hours of continuous educationin all aspects of dentistry. Dr. King is one of the youngest women ever to have achieved this award.
Her commitment to her education involved completing six levels of training at the Pankey Institute of Advanced Dental Technology, as well as several levels of training at the Seattle Institute for Advanced Dental Technology and the Dawson Center and continuums at LSU School of Dentistrys Aesthetic Continuum. She attendshundreds of hours of continuing education per yearin order to ensure that her patients get themost up-to-date care possible.
Dr. King is married to Tim Kohl, and together they have one daughter, Cadance. Tim assists the office with marketing and operations management. He is also a local drummer and aspiring videographer.They have been Henry County residents for several years.

Samantha Dental Assistant January 2016 Samantha graduated the dental assisting program at Southern Crescent Technical College. She is OSHA certified. Samantha is married and comes from a large Hispanic family and really values family. Samantha loves to dance and has been very active in dance since age 3. She likes being able to provide the highest quality of care to patients. Personally, Samantha strives to help patients receive the best overall oral health improvement, as well as building the patients confidence in dentistry.
Erin Dental Hygienist June 2017 Erin started her dental career after graduating from Central Georgia Technical College. She is the proud recipient of the Hinman Dental Scholarship. In her spare time, Erin enjoys time with her husband and their dogs. Erin is excited to be working with an awesome team. She loves being able to educate her patients on how to achieve excellent oral health.
Rachel Dental Hygienist May 2018 Rachel was a Hinman Dental Scholarship recipient and attended Central Georgia Technical College for her dental hygiene degree. She loves educating her patients on how to achieve optimal oral health. Rachel loves smiling faces and knowing that she is making a difference, and she works closely with our team to help our patients achieve a healthy smile. She has a Chihuahua named Layla, and outside of the office, she enjoys spending time at the beach and with friends and family.
