Dr. Craig Spodak is a third generation dentist who earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from the acclaimed Tufts University, graduating with highest honors. He joined his father, Dr. Myles Spodak, in his practice in Delray Beach, Fla. in 1998 with a dream to change the way patients experience dental care. He became the leader of the practice in 2006 and immediately began to develop a new vision for the modern dental practice with a goal to deliver comprehensive dental care from a team of general and specialty dentists in one convenient, 13,000 square foot, state-of-the-art, LEED Gold Certified facility.
He is also committed to helping other dentists uncover costly fees theyre paying for their 401(k) plans and was recently featured in Tony Robbins new book, Unshakeable: Your Financial Freedom Playbook. As the brand ambassador, he is introducing the world to a next generation 401(k) plan.
Dr. Craig has also committed himself to expanding his own professional skills and has garnered various advanced credentials, including becoming a Diamond provider of Invisalign. He also lectures nationally about the benefits of this teeth-straightening method.

Following in the footsteps of his father (who practiced dentistry in Brooklyn, NY, for 38 years), Dr. Myles Spodak found the pursuit of a dental career to be a natural choice. After graduating from Fairleigh Dickenson University, he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from Temple University.
Following dental school, Dr. Myles served his country as a Captain in the U.S. Army Dental Corps. Upon leaving military service, he returned home to New York City where he practiced for the next seven years. Endowed with a keen sense of adventure, he pulled up roots and moved his young family to Delray Beach, Florida, where in 1976 he founded the Spodak Dental Group.
Over the course of the next three decades, he and his wife, Arlene Spodak, cultivated a reputation of trusted care and commitment to the local community. Now, the same sense of adventure and drive for excellence that brought him to Delray Beach in the first place, has kept Spodak Dental Group on the leading edge of innovative dentistry.
Today, with fifty years of experience behind him, he enjoys practicing dentistry now more than ever, and also sharing his knowledge with the team of dentists. In his spare time, youll find him on the tennis court or doting over his four beautiful grandchildren.
A child of the heartland, Dr. Tiffany Dudley graduated from Michigan State University and the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. After finishing dental school, she moved to South Florida where she completed her General Practice Residency at the Veterans Hospital in Miami. There she served as Chief Resident until joining a practice in the Florida Keys.
Committed to the idea of comprehensive dental care, she was drawn to the visionary team approach to dentistry pioneered by the Spodak Dental Group and joined the team in 2009. Driven by a love for people and a deep sense of responsibility to serve those in need, she has committed herself to various charitable dental organizations, including the Give Kids A Smile program that provides free dental care to disadvantaged children.
Dr. Dudley is the first dentist in Delray Beach to earn the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine Qualified Dental distinction. In addition, in 2019, Dr. Dudley became an American Board of Dental Sleep Medicine (ABDSM) Diplomate. Earning Diplomate status from the ABDSM is a unique honor that recognizes special competency in dental sleep medicine. Both of these distinctions continue to advance her role in the treatment of sleep-disordered breathing for the benefit of her patients.
Dr. Dudley is also committed to treating her patients gum disease and offers minimally-invasive laser treatment for gum disease, the LANAP protocol. The LANAP protocol is the only FDA-cleared laser treatment proven to regenerate bone loss to gum disease without cutting or stitching of the gums
She was awarded the 2014 Ken Ellingsworth Community Service Award from the Delray Beach Chamber of Commerce and looks forward to continuing her efforts to make sure that community members have the dental care they need.
South Florida native Dr. Mike Paisner joined the Spodak Dental Group in 2015. Since then, he has fully immersed himself in the Spodak culture and participates in philanthropic events, including All-Star Smiles Day and Freedom Day. He was driven to Spodak Dental Group because he shares the same vision of delivering compassion through dentistry, and were so happy to have him on the team!
He has dedicated his life to the pursuit of abolishing oral health disparities for the young and old. He decided at the age of 13 that he was going to be a dentist, and was the first in his family to achieve higher education. With the help of his family, he was able to achieve acceptance in the distinguished Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry at the University of Southern California.
Outside of the office, Dr. Paisner is a musician and a luthier. He has been building electric guitars and stereos from scratch since he was 14 years old. It seems like working with his hands is something he cant get away from!
Dr. Paisner and his wife Bonnie, who is a surgical technician at West Boca Medical Center, both enjoy being in the healthcare field so they can help their patients. They also enjoy traveling, cooking and spending time with family.
A South Florida native, Dr. Estrada was born and raised in Ft. Lauderdale Fl. She received her Bachelors in Science from Florida State University and her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Temple University in Philadelphia, PA where she represented Temple as president of Temples American Student Dental Association. During her time spent in Philadelphia, she also co-founded Temple Universitys first ever Peru Mission Trip where her team provided free dental care and oral health education to more than 800 infants and children of La Sagrada Familia orphanage.
Her focus and passion are on cosmetic and restorative rehabilitative dentistry. Dr. Estrada is dedicated to continuing education having completed advanced training in cosmetic dentistry through the Aesthetic Advantage Continuum at the Rosenthal Institute in New York University.
Her mission as a dental care provider is to provide excellent care with a compassionate approach and ensure that every patient has a comfortable and positive experience. Outside of volunteering Dr. Estrada is an avid traveler, she enjoys exploring and learning the cultures and nature from around the world. She is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, Florida Dental Association, and is a fluent Spanish-speaker.
A graduate of Temple University, Dr. Pru Prusakowski earned his Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree with a specialty in Endodontics. No one likes to hear the words, You need a root canal, but Dr. Prus steady hand, gentle touch, and exemplary skills assuage his patients fears. His satisfaction comes in alleviating the pain of his patients. He loves being the good guy!
Dr. Prusakowski received his Bachelors Degree in Biology from Villanova University, followed by a Doctorate of Medical Dentistry from Temple University School of Dentistry. During his studies, Dr. Prusakowski received the United States Naval Health Professions Scholarship and entered the U.S. Navy after graduation. He completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry Residency, served on the Rapid Deployment Team and held the position of Infection Control Officer. Dr. Prusakowski served for four years as a Lieutenant prior to leaving the Naval service and entering endodontic specialty training.
Dr. Prusakowski attended a two-year postgraduate program at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia where he received his endodontic specialty certification in 2007. He is currently Board-Eligible in pursuit of his certification by the American Board of Endodontics.
Dr. Prusakowski met his wife, Jennifer, while they served in the U.S. Navy together at the Marine Corps Base in Kaneohe, Hawaii. David and Jennifer are excited about living in South Florida, where Jennifer grew up. When they are not busy working, they are actively involved in the community.
Dr. Jason Sheikh is a Florida native who was born and raised in Boynton Beach, Fla. Growing up the son of a cardiologist, he knew from a very young age that he wanted to be a doctor. He attended the University of Miami for his undergraduate studies, continuing on to receive his dental degree at the University of Pennsylvania, and this his medical degree at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He completed his training as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon in a six-year residency at The Mount Sinai Hospital in New York City before continuing on to complete a fellowship in cleft and pediatric craniofacial surgery in Charleston, W.V.
Dr. Sheikh is actively involved in the community and has recently attended multiple mission trips to Mexico, Nicaragua, Bolivia and Guatemala with a goal to provide care to those who otherwise wouldnt have access to it. He enjoys the challenge of providing care to a range of patients who have medically complex cases, and looks forward to helping all of his patients achieve their smile goals. His academic achievements have included writing multiple manuscripts and presentations on pediatric pathology and trauma, and he has also been published in the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and Clinics of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Dr. Judith Lubins love for dentistry began long before she received her formal certifications. She shadowed a local dentist when she was in high school and immediately fell in love with the profession, realizing that she wanted to be a dentist. She followed her passion and received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Nova Southeastern University School of Dental Medicine before completing a three-year residency program in periodontology to obtain her certificate in periodontics.
Now well trained in the field of periodontology, she performs procedures ranging from: non-surgical periodontal therapy, gum surgeries for pocket reduction and regeneration (to arrest periodontal disease); crown lengthening; tissue grafts (soft tissue augmentation and root coverage procedures); extractions; sinus lifts; dental implants and many more.
Dr. Lubin is a passionate, dedicated dentist who strives for excellence by providing the best care to all of her patients. She speaks English and Spanish fluently and is a member of the American Academy of Periodontology, American Dental Association, Academy of Osseointegration, Florida Dental Association, Officer of the Miami Dade Dental Society, Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, and Diplomate of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
Dr. Balk earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine (D.M.D.) summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, after receiving her Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) summa cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. She is an active member of the American Dental Association and PENN Alumni Association.
Dr. Balk had been a practicing General Dentist for the past eight years, with the last three years spent practicing in Boston. Boston magazine has recognized Dr. Balk in their Top Dentists issues for three consecutive years 2017, 2018 and 2019. Doctors receiving this distinction were voted by their peers.
Dr. Balk knew from a young age that she was interested in becoming a Dentist, after visiting her General Dentist for routine check ups and after having braces. At each visit she watched and observed, and was fascinated to learn that individuals in this profession can help others feel better, make them smile, and help bring back their self confidence. She enjoys all aspects of Dentistry and is committed to ensuring that each patient she comes into contact with leaves happy and content. Her greatest satisfaction is in knowing that she is able to help patients through restorative dentistry, which helps them feel better and helps restore their self confidence.
Originally from Port of Spain, Trinidad, where she was born, raised and received her education through secondary school, Dr. Balk has lived in Philadelphia and Boston. She recently relocated to Florida with her husband, two children and their cat.
During her spare time, Dr. Balk enjoys baking, biking, dancing, music, swimming, and spending quality time with her family and friends. She loves to travel, and enjoys learning about different peoples and cultures.
This unique anesthesiology residency included rotations in internal medicine and pediatric medicine. The remaining years of the residency included providing hospital based general anesthesia at NYU Lutheran Medical Center, a Level 1 trauma center in New York, as well as mobile anesthesia training in Tucson and Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Gross is board certified in Dental Anesthesiology as well as certified in advanced cardiac life support (ACLS), pediatric advanced life support (PALS), and basic life support (BLS). Dr. Gross lectured at Nova University and has also conducted extensive research on the effects of common anesthetic medications on children.
Prior to completing his advanced residency in anesthesiology, Dr. Gross received his DMD degree from the prestigious Ivy League university, the University of Pennsylvania, where he received honors while working at their clinic for medically compromised patients. In his free time, Dr. Gross enjoys traveling, scuba diving and spending time with family.
His passion for dentistry started in high school after shadowing and working for a dentist in his hometown of Miami. After graduating high school with an International Baccalaureate diploma from Coral Reef Senior High, he attended the University of Florida and graduated with a degree in Human Nutrition with Deans List honors. While at the University of Florida,Dr. Arauz was published in the Journal of the American Society for Microbiology for his research of the correlation between cardiovascular disease and periodontal disease under Dr. Ann Progulske-Fox.Dr. Arauz,then obtained his Doctor of Medical Dentistry degree from the University of Pittsburgh.
After graduationDr. Arauz,has dedicated his time to enhance his knowledge and skills in all aspects of dentistry with a focus in the Spear Academy, Kois Center, Misch-Resnik Implant Institute, and Full Mouth Rehabilitation of NYC (FMRNYC) to further his education in the most current and new cosmetic techniques, as well as training under world renowned cosmetic dentists Dr. Michael Apa, Dr. David Hornbrook, and Dr. Dean Vafiadis. He is also anadvancedInvisaligncertified provider, with knowledge in simple and complex cases.Dr. Arauz is also experienced in simple and complex Oral Surgery, Implantology, Endodontics, minor periodontal surgery, and laser dentistry, all which allow him to treat his patients comprehensively for full mouth reconstructions/rehabilitation.
Dr. Arauztakes pride not only in creating a coveted beautiful smile but in giving his patients the best dental experience possible while increasing their overall dental health education and awareness.
Bubbly and always smiling, Ashley came to us with patient relation skills that were second to none. As acting Treatment Coordinator and Patient Advocate, her primary role is to assist patients in understanding their treatment plans and help find affordable ways to fit dentistry into their lifestyle. A 13-year veteran to the field of dentistry, she feels a great sense of compassion knowing she is a part of helping a patient receive the very best dental care, and finds it humbling to see a patients new, healthy smile. She exhibits a caring attitude with everyone she helps and goes out of her way to please our patients and all of her fellow team members. When not working, Ashley enjoys cooking, reading and wine tasting, in addition to making the world a better place, one person at a time. She also enjoys spending time with her daughter Diamond-Rose and being her No. 1 fan, as she is an excellent softball player.
