Dr. Jack Smalley graduated from New Mexico State University before attending dental school at the University of Missouri Kansas City, from which he graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) in 1993. He completed his General Practice Residency in 1995. He pursues non-stop continuing education through both classes and study groups, and is a member of the American Dental Association. Dr. Smalley has practiced in the Farmington, NM, area since 1997. As a dentist, his goal is to create and maintain healthy, happy smiles for people of all ages.
Dr. Smalley is a native New Mexican, and settled in Farmington because he likes the people and the diverse activities in the 4 Corners region. It has been his honor to serve the people in this area for more than 20 years. Outside of the office, Dr. Smalley enjoys spending time with family, skiing, hunting, fishing, and golf.
Dr. Dawn Glover is a New Mexico Native, and is excited to return to her hometown to practice dentistry. She graduated from Farmington High School in 2002 before earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina University, graduating cum laude in 2008. She then attended West Virginia University for dental school, graduating with her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree in 2012. Dr. Glover then completed a year-long residency with UNM Hospitals in Albuquerque, and worked as a General Dentist in Las Cruces for 3 years in a community health center. She was thrilled to finally return home to Farmington to practice dentistry with Dr. Smalley and his excellent team and staff.
Dr. Glover often explores new and exciting continuing education courses, and supplements these with courses that relate directly to the daily challenges she faces in the office. She has completed Advanced Education in General Dentistry through the UNM.
Dr. Glover is a member of several organizations, including the American Dental Association, the Special Care Dentistry Association, and the New Mexico Dental Association. Her goal as a dentist is to provide exceptional treatment with integrity and compassion in a relaxed environment.
DeAnza has been in the dental field since 1995, and has been with Dr. Smalleys office for 15 years. She strives to improve our office and educate our patients. Her favorite part of our practice is our wonderful team that works together to give patients a best possible dental experience.
