Dr. Ronald Poulos graduated from the University of Michigan School Of Dentistry, where he received his dental degree in 1991. He then completed a two-year residency in pediatric dentistry at Childrens Hospital Medical Center in Cincinnati in 1993. Dr. Poulos became board certified in pediatric dentistry in 2001. A board certified pediatric dentist is a specialist who has made significant achievements beyond the mandatory educational requirements of the specialty.
Upon completion of his residency, Dr. Poulos worked for two years in private practice in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He returned to Cincinnati where he was a member of the Childrens Hospital Dental Staff until joining his current practice.
Dr. Poulos serves on the Childrens Dental Care Foundation Board, a dental organization serving the less fortunate children of the Cincinnati area. He is an active member of the following dental organizations: American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, Ohio Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Cincinnati Dental Society and (g)nathos Orthodontic Education. He is a member of the Attending Staff at both St. Elizabeth and Childrens Hospital, and is a Past President of the Division of Pediatric Dentistry of Childrens Hospital, Cincinnati.
