Originally, she received her Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from Florida International University. Later she found a passion in dentistry and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Central Florida. Like her sister and brother-in-law, (Mr. and Mrs. Dr. Mabry's) she's a proud graduate from Nova Southeastern University, where she received her Doctorate of Dental Medicine and Masters of Public Health. After dental school, Dr. M&M furthered her education by completing a 2-year, accredited residency program in Pediatric Dentistry at Tufts University, while serving as the chief resident.
Dr. M&M is thrilled to be back in Melbourne, FL with her husband, family, and friends to serve pediatric patients of all ages in the community. Her goals include treating every patient with individualized care and making each and every visit as fun as possible!
As the practice manager at Pearl Pediatric Dental. Whitney brings leadership to guide daily operations of the practice including administrative coordination. She is also a Certified Dental Assistant. Whitney is one of the first team members at Pearl Pediatric Dental. Whitney and her husband, Josh moved to Florida from West Virginia where they rescued their sweet dog, Olive. In her free time she enjoys creating projects to add to her Etsy shop! Whitney & Josh are proud parents of a big brother and little sister. Whitney's understanding and caring personality aids in parent comfort and creating a fun environment for the children to ensure a positive experience!
Carly is our account administrator and sedation coordinator. She has over 4 years of experience in dental billing and insurance processing. She was born and raised in Michigan and moved to Florida after graduating high school. Carly is a proud mom of a 7 year-old daughter with special needs (Down syndrome). She enjoys being social and spending time with family and friends. Disney is one of her favorite places to visit. Carly has a loving husband, named Jared and a Catahoula dog named Ellie Mae! Carly is always a smiling face for the parents, patients, and the PPD team members! Her fun personality keeps everyone smiling all day long!
Danielle is our insurance coordinator. With over 6 years of experience in dental billing, Danielle is diligent in providing the most accurate treatment plan estimate possible. She was born in New York and raised in Richmond, Virginia. Her pride and joy is her beautiful 2 year old daughter who loves music and dancing! During her free time, Danielle loves to travel and go on cruises. Most of all she loves to eat delicious food!
Lainey is one of our administrators at Pearl! She is a native Floridian, born and raised in Melbourne! Lainey has two cats, a dog, and a red foot tortoise! She enjoys spending her free time with her loved ones. Lainey aspires to become a dental hygienist in the near future. She truly enjoys being a smiling and helping face for the patients and parents at PPD!
Erin is one of the first smiling faces you'll see at Pearl. She has over 8 years of dental administrative experience! Erin grew up in Hicksssssssville, New York. She now lives in Melbourne, FL with her 2 children, Megan and Mathew who she calls M&M! Hehe. Erin has 2 German Shepards named Zeus and Emma. She loves spending time with her family at the beach and camping. Her favorite color is green... Go Irish! Erin's favorite part about pediatrics is making the kids laugh and smile at PPD!
Katia is the Lead Certified Dental Assistant at Pearl! Her ability to direct and organize makes her an incredible head assistant. She moved to Florida from Virginia about 2 years ago. She graduated from Melbourne's very own Eau Gallie High School. She's a proud graduate from the Dental Assisting Institute of Melbourne and aspires to be a dental hygienist in the future. Katia is bilingual and fluent in Spanish. Her sweet and loving personality is a reflection of her care for her patients. In her free time, Katia enjoys playing volleyball and exercising at the gym. She's also a huge animal lover! Katia's sweet tone makes her a great fit for all patients!
Sultaness, also known as 'Sully', is a Certified Dental Assistant who graduated from the Academy of Dental Assistants in St. Petersburg, FL. She 's one of our first dental assistants at Pearl! She was born in the Virgin Islands and grew up in South Florida. When she 's not working with the kids, she likes to ride her bike, travel, sew, cook, and watch anime. Her ambition shows through her love for the field of pediatric dentistry. Sully has been with Pearl since the beginning. She strives every day to make good memories for her patients while always having fun!
Lexus is one of our Certified Dental Assistants. She was born and raised in Ohio and moved to Florida 2 years ago, shortly before having her first child. She graduated from the Dental Assisting Insititue of Melbourne in Palm Bay, Florida. She enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, taking road trips, and spending time with her husband and children. Lexus loves meeting new people and making others laugh... including the PPD team!
Rebecca is one of our Certified Dental Assistants. She was born in Savannah, GA and lived there her whole life. She recently moved to Florida to be closer to family and the beaches! Rebecca loves the warm weather and being outdoors. She also enjoys cooking and trying new recipes, as well as new restaurants whenever she can. Rebecca has a heart of gold and holds a special spot for children in her heart. She really loves children and working in pediatrics... and it truly shows!
Mariela is a Certified Dental Assistant who graduated from the Dental Assisting Academy of Palm Beaches. She is working on her associates in Psychology currently. She was born and raised in Vero Beach, FL. Mariela's favorite color is pink! On her free time, she loves going to the beach and relaxing. She doesn't have any pets currently, but she would love to have a Corgi one day! Mariela finds it easy to talk to kids and says there's always something to learn from them! She truly believes each child is unique and can bring incredible joy to everyone's lives. Mariela is super excited to be a part of the Pearl team!
Sofia is a Certified Sterilization Technician and dental assistant. She is a recent graduate from Viera High School and aspires to become a dentist just like Dr. MM and Dr. Kihm! Sofia is kind, gentle, and diligent. She was born in St. Petersburg, Florida. She has lived in 3 different states, such as Florida, Tennessee, and Georgia. In her free time she likes to go surfing with her dad and enjoys spending time with friends and family. Sofia's favorite color is pink and her favorite animals are dogs and geckos!
