Dr. Corey Mazer, Founder of Old Milton Dental, has been practicing in Alpharetta since 2004. His passion for dentistry and dedication to individual patient needs is distinctive. Dr. Mazer attended the University of Arizona for his undergraduate studies before venturing on to the Medical College of Virginia where he received his Doctorate of Dental Science in 1999. Dr. Mazer is a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, the Hinman Dental Society, the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and the Academy of Computerized Dentistry.
Dr. Mazer lives in Alpharetta with his Wife and three children. He is proud to call Alpharetta his home and takes great joy from being able to serve the community he lives in. He enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his wife and kids.
Dr. Reid graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Georgia then attended The Medical College of Georgia School of Medicine and Dentistry earning her DMD degree with honors. She continued on to complete a General Practice Residency at The University of Alabama at Birmingham, a hospital based program focused on complex comprehensive treatments including; dental implants, oral surgery, endodontics and advanced cosmetic procedures.
Dr. Reid is currently a member of the Georgia Dental Association, the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. She is also a certified Invisalign and Pinhole Surgical Gum Rejuvenation provider.
Dr. Jarvis was born in Endicott, NY and moved to Alpharetta, GA in 1998. Dr. Jarvis received her bachelors in Biological Science at Kennesaw State University. While in attendance she enjoyed playing Lacrosse for KSU. She then went on to attend the Medical College of Georgia where she graduated in the top of her class as a Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry. Dr. Jarvis joined the Old Milton team in 2017. She has a thirst for furthering her education and has recently completed continuing education courses focusing on Invisalign and Endodontics.

Rena is our true southern born Georgia girl. She has worked in the dental field since 1985 and has been with our Old Milton family since 2004.She wants everyone to be proud of their own smile by teaching them how to take the best care of their oral health. She loves making people feel relaxed and comfortable in the dental chair, with her motto being Always be a little kinder than necessaryShe and her husband of over 30 years have one son and they love to spend their time at sporting events or hiking and chasing waterfalls. Leslie has been with our office since 2004 and has over 20 years experience. She is passionate about dental hygiene and providing excellent and comfortable care. Leslie enjoys spending time with her husband, two sons and extended family. She is involved with student ministry through her church and loves participating in mission work. Our office gives me the opportunity to create an opportunity that is pleasant, safe and informative even for fearful patients that have a history of traumatic dental experiences. I am proud to work with such excellent dentists that provide exemplary dental care and genuinely care about their patients.
A native to Atlanta, Kerri first earned a BS Degree in Food and Nutrition in 1995 from Florida State University. One day after having her teeth cleaned she had an ah-ha moment and investigated the dental hygiene profession. She went back to school and obtained her Dental Hygiene degree in 1999 from West Central Technical College. A couple of years later, she had the privilege to be a Dental Hygiene faculty member at her alma mater. In 2001, she was honored to be featured on the November cover of RDH magazine for her accomplishments and professional growth.
Kerri joined the Old Milton Family in 2013. She states of all my years of practicing hygiene, I truly feel respected and appreciated for the patient care I provide. My parents taught me honesty, truth, compassion, kindness and how to care for people, and I believe that reflects in my relationships with my patients and my Old Milton family.
In addition to her professional pursuits, Kerri has a passion and love for animals, specifically dogs. She is a certified volunteer dog handler with Canine Assistants. She enjoys exploring nearby cities, the North Georgia Mountains, trying new restaurants and loving on her dogs Otis and Dutch!

Darlene is originally from Cleveland, OH and has been practicing dental hygiene since 1993. She absolutely loves her profession. She strives to provide exceptional care for her patients. She especially likes to help patients overcome any fears or anxiety they have associated with dental visits.
Kaitlin was born and raised in Georgia and attended Valdosta State University where she was a Kappa Delta and earned her degree in dental hygiene. Kaitlin knew as a sophomore in high school that this was the career path for her. She enjoys getting to know her patients and strives daily to continue learning and to become the best hygienist providing quality care for patients.
Megan has called Georgia home since 1998 when she moved her from Connecticut. Her favorite part of being a dental hygienist is educating her patients and getting to know them, she loves when her patients come back and say they bought an electric toothbrush or started flossing!
Megan loves to spend time with her family, reading physiological thrillers, and binge watching the Harry Potter series. She is currently living in Peachtree corners with her husband where there is a good chance you will see her at Chipotle!
Michelle has worked in dentistry since 1985 and has been a hygienist since 1995. She loves educating her patients on maintaining and achieving oral health. She enjoys getting to know her patients and providing quality care while making her patients feel comfortable, to ensure they have a wonderful dental experience. Michelle enjoys spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren and 3 dogs.
Danielle was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana. She has been in dentistry since 1999. Danielle loves building relationships with patients; she enjoys hearing and sharing new experiences with them.
Danielle has two beautiful daughters that she loves spending time with. In her spare time she plays softball, shopping and spending time with her family and friends. Danielles motto is: Health is the new wealth, kindness is the new cool.
Kristol is an expanded function dental assistant; she has been assisting since 1998 and joined our team in 2015. She enjoys being a part of a dynamic team of professionals that share the goal of providing the best in patient care and comfort. She particularly enjoys building trusting relationships with patients.
Wendy was born and raised in a beautiful farm country in the NW corner of Ohio. She has been in dentistry since 1987 and enjoys showing patients the gentle and caring side of dentistry, while also helping them maintain a healthy, beautiful smiles. Wendy likes meeting and making new friends every day.
Her hobbies include camping, fishing, hiking in the mountains, and antique shopping with her husband. She and her husband have two beautiful children and a wonderful daughter-in-law and son-in-law. They have been blessed with three grandchildren
Joselin was born in California raised in Georgia. She has been a dental assistant since 2013 and has enjoyed every minute of it. She enjoys taking care of patients and easing their anxiety and concerns during procedures. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her son and doing anything new as long as theres a nap involved.
Kylie is our Office Manager. She is passionate about dentistry and delivering the best patient care possible. I believe that knowledge is power. I take every measure possible to explain patients treatment options so they can embark on their treatment journey with confidence and full understanding. Kylie joined our team in 2018 and is proud to call Old Milton Dental her home.
Kylie was born and raised in Jupiter, Florida and moved to Roswell with her husband and two children. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, gardening, hiking with her dog and watching college football GO GATORS!
Nikole is our Patient Coordinator. She has been in the dental field since 2006 and joined the Old Milton team in 2013. Nikole believes Each patient is an individual with specific needs and as a part of the Old Milton Dental team, it is my pleasure to meet the needs of each patient by partnering with them to give them the upmost in quality of care with compassion.
Heather is our Front Desk Manager and Insurance coordinator. She joined the Old Milton Team in 2018. Heather first discovered her passion for dentistry in 2001. She most enjoys meeting and building relationships with patients. It is my privilege to insure all patient needs are taken care of.
Heather was born in Storm Lake, IA and raised in Myrtle Beach, SC. She now lives in Roswell with her daughter. In her spare time she enjoys trying new restaurants and spending time with her friends and family.
Marina is originally from El Salvador and moved to Georgia at a young age. She has been in the dental field since 2008 and has been with our office since 2019. I love seeing smiles transfor, and how it changes patients lives. She loves the outdoors, watching movies and trying new restaurants with her husband and daughters.
Jenn was born and raised in Georgia.Jenn joined the Old Milton family in 2020 andhas been in dentistry since 2008.In her spare time she enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with my son. She loves to help patients better understand their treatmentand financial options.

I was born on May 10, 2019, at Canine Assistants in Milton, Georgia.I am a Certified Community Service Dog and I was fortunate enough to become Old Milton Dentals Canine Dental Assistant Extraordinaire.I am a verycalm, sweet and gentle Golden Retriever. You may find me snuggling up with a patient in the dental chair, laying in the hallway greeting patients that walk by, and meandering the office to say hello and to get some pets and hugs.My job is to provide emotional comfort to those that may experience some dental anxiety.I absolutelyLOVE my job andyou will see it onmyface andthe pep I have in my step!
