Dr. Joshua Kirk is a Washington native and graduate of Central Washington University (go Cats!). After graduating from CWU, Joshua attended Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine in Glendale, Arizona where he met his wife, Amy. Together, they moved to Amarillo, Texas where Joshua practiced for two years. When the opportunity arose to work in Washington, Joshua and Amy moved to Kennewick where Joshua practiced and their son, James, was born.
Dr. Kirk purchased Mountain View Dental Center in 2017 and has felt incredibly blessed to be back in the Ellensburg community. Joshua loves his patients, the staff and all of the wonderful people in this small but vibrant city.
When Joshua is not at the office, you can probably catch him riding his bicycle, at D&M enjoying a coffee or exploring areas around Ellensburg with his family. He and Amy enjoy being involved with church, spending time with friends and being outdoors. Dr. Kirk loves to meet people so if you see him out and about, please say hello!Dr. Kirk enjoys attending continuing education courses and learning all things about teeth. He is a bonafide tooth nerd and enjoys keeping up to date with dental techniques, research and technology.
Samanthaabsolutely lovesworking with her patients to improve not just their oral health, but also to brighten their smiles. She has a gentle touch that makes her patients feel comfortable, yet an attention to detail that makes for a thorough cleaning. Moreover, she cares about her patients and looks forward to seeing them time and again.
Being a dental hygienist allows Connelly to help her patients through education and teamwork to achieve a common goal. She loves getting to know her patients as individuals to better personalize each patients care. Her goal with every patient is to be simultaneously gentle and thorough to provide them with their best smile.
Jill is a graduate of Yakima Valley College and has been practicing dental hygiene for over 20 years. She is passionate about working with the team to provide the best possible dental experience for all of the Mountain View Dental patients.
Jill believes that good dental health can affect whole body wellness, and she strives to educate her patients on choices they can make to improve their own personal health and wellbeing. She has a special interest in orthodontics and options that patients have available to them to improve their airway and quality of sleep.
Tiffany loves experiencing the happiness and increased confidence with patients as they improve their smile and overall dental health. She strives to create positive experiences forand maintain relationships with the amazing patients at Mountain View Dental.
Melissa has been a patient of Mountain View Dental Center since 2007 and joined our team in 2020. Her background in veterinary medicine gives her a unique outlook on the importance of preventative dental care and compassion with our patients. She understands how overwhelming the thought of visiting the dentist can be for those with dental anxiety and loves helping our patients schedule the right treatment for their individual needs while getting to know them.
Sarahattended Lake Washington Technical College where shebecame a Certified Dental Assistant. She hasworked in the field of dentistry for over 20 years, and joined Mountain View Dental Center in 1996.
Sarahassists Dr. Kirkwith a variety of procedures and patients love to see her familiar face at each visit. Sarah also assists withoffice ordering, ensures equipment is running properly, and monitors the effectiveness of our sterilization procedures.
Marnie loves to make her patients feel comfortable, help them understand their treatment, and take care of their needsas much as possible. She enjoys serving others, which positively impacts our patients and the whole Mountain View Dental team. Marnie enjoys working with the doctorand she valuesteamwork, dedication, hard work, and the fun atmosphere at Mountain View Dental.
Marnie has an amazing husband, four wonderful adult children and three beautiful grandchildren. Marnie enjoys family time, baseball, hiking, boating and camping. Marnie looks forward to meeting you and helping you with your dental needs.
Shelby is an Ellensburg High School graduate and has been a patient of Mountain View Dental since she was four years old. She graduated from Central Washington School of Dental Assisting with the dream of working at her home town dentist office. Dreams do come true!
Amy started in the dental field in 2009 when she worked at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine, which is where she met Dr. Kirk when he was a dental student. Since then, Amy has worked in marketing, fundraising and event planning, and mommying. Amy loves working with people, particularly the staff and patients at Mountain View Dental.
