Dr. Randal D. Morita has been creating beautiful smiles since 1982. He attended the University of Southern California and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1976, a Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree in 1980, and a Certificate of Orthodontics in 1982.
Dr. Scott L. Morita loves making people smile! He is a local boy, born and raised in Hawaii! During his time in Hawaii, he went to Punahou School and worked as a Lifeguard for the City and County of Honolulu. Like his father, Randal D. Morita, he also attended the University of Southern California where he received a bachelors degree in biology, a Doctorate of Dental Surgery, Masters in Craniofacial Biology, and Certificate in Orthodontics. Dr. Scott has received advanced training in the newest orthodontic technologies including Invisalign, ceramic braces, mini-implants and plates, and lingual braces. During his education at USC, he was selected to take an Advanced Orthodontic externship to both Brazil and Japan.

According to the U.S. Center for Disease Control and Prevention, almost one in four children between ages 2 and 11 suffer from untreated cavities in their baby teeth. Many children who are enrolled in Medicaid never receive the dental services they need to treat these cavities and prevent future oral health issues. In response to this growing issue, the American Dental Association crated the national program, Give Kids A Smile (GKAS), which helps these underserved kids by providing them with preventative education & dental services. Dr. Scotts Lobbying Efforts have resulted in Governor Iges signing of a proclamation to recognize February as Give Kids a Smile Hawaii Month.

Since February was National Childrens Dental Health Month, theres was no better time to improve the lives of children by helping them find the path to maintaining good oral health.
