Since the age of 6, being a dentist has been my dream. Having the opportunity to help our community is so rewarding, I am truly blessed. Not only do I take pride in helping our patients maintain a healthy smile and make informed decisions, but I love getting to know our patients and their families.
We have a great team here at Monroe Family Dentistry. We strive to provide the utmost dental care in a comfortable and relaxed environment. Dentistry is ever-changing and I believe it is essential to stay up-to-date on technology and treatment. My staff and I pursue many continuing education courses in order to offer our patients the best care possible.
I graduated with a Doctorate of Dental Surgery at The University of Detroit Mercy, and have been practicing here in Monroe since 2000. I am a member of the Michigan Dental Association, American Dental Association and the Detroit District Dental Society.
I enjoy spending time with my wife Julie, and my two children, Megan and Matthew. In my spare time you will find me playing sports, exercising at the gym, walking my dogs and skiing. Being outdoors and exploring nature is a passion of mine.
I love being a dentist. Being in this profession has been a dream of mine since I was very young. I enjoy providing dental care for my patients and aim to provide each patient with the same quality treatment I would want for my family members. I also believe it is very important to include my patients in the decision making process.
I received my Bachelors degree from the University of Detroit Mercy. I then moved to Phoenix, Arizona for 5 years, where I attended graduate and dental school. I graduated from Midwestern University with a Doctorate of Dental Medicine. I am a member of the Michigan Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and the American Dental Association.
When I am not doing dentistry, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, golfing, running and cheering on Michigan sports teams! I have ran the Detroit half marathon, rock and roll half marathon in Arizona and a Ragnar trail run.
I enjoy getting to know our patients as individuals, so I can serve them the best that I can. Seeing their excitement grow as their health improves brings me so much joy! I am a registered dental hygienist and received my Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene in 2004, at Ferris State University. I am certified in local anesthesia, X-rays and CPR. I became a part of our dental team in 2007, and have been a hygienist since 2004.

I enjoy helping our patients make educated decisions to help them achieve good oral health. I am a registered dental hygienist and received my Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Michigan in 2012. I am certified in nitrous, local anesthetic, X-rays and CPR. I joined our team in September of 2015.

I have been serving this community for over three decades and am blessed in so many ways! I am still very passionate about helping patients achieve optimal dental health. I enjoy helping patients understand the nature of gum infection and how it negatively impacts their overall health, and guiding them with tools to achieve a healthy mouth. I am a graduate of Owens Community College with an Associate of Applied Science in dental hygiene. I have attended the dental hygiene course at Las Vegas Institute and the Academy of Comprehensive Esthetics symposium, and I am certified in CPR and local anesthesia. I am grateful to be a part of this team since 1989 and have been practicing since 1984.
My husband and I love spending time with our two children and their spouses as well as other family. I also enjoy gardening, working on house projects, traveling, and spending time and studying with my sisters in Christ.

In my spare time I enjoy being with my husband Rich, and 3 daughters, Kailey, Payton and Charleigh. As a family we love to go camping, taking our boat out and spending time up-north at our families cabins.

In my spare time I enjoy cooking, traveling, biking, reading, shopping and being with my husband Bill, and dog Gizzy. Something interesting about me is that I have spent a month in Bethlehem, and swam in the Dead Sea!
What I love most about my job is getting to interact with patients and working with my co-workers. I am the hygiene coordinator and the smiling face you see when you enter our office. I am CPR certified and have been a part of our office since 2020.
