Dr. Daniel Millikan was born in Bloomington, Indiana and is the youngest of seven children. He attended Bloomington High School South as a child and went on to attend Indiana University to pursue his Dental career. Dr. Millikan holds a bachelors and masters degree in Biology and Chemistry. He also received his doctorate in dentistry from Indiana University and lives here in Bloomington with his wife and two children.
Dr. Millikan has undergone extensive post-graduate training in the areas of cosmetic dentistry, endodontics, implants and sedation dentistry. He has completed advanced training in full-arch implant placement in conjunction with full-arch prosthodontics. Dr. Millikan believes in providing the best dentistry for his patients in a caring manner. He has over 15 years of clinical experience in dentistry and has treated thousands of patients in our community. Dr. Millikans goal is to help patients keep their teeth and beautiful smile their entire lives. With technological advances in dentistry, keeping that smile for a lifetime is possible for anyone (regardless of their current situation).
Dr. Millikan is very active in the community and is involved with multiple local charity groups. He enjoys watching local sports teams, outdoor activities and is an avid golfer. Dr. Millikan is a proud sponsor of the Little League Diamond in Smithsville, which is pictured above. Dr. Millikan loves and respects our Bloomington community and the environment.
