Dr. Smyth was born and raised in Pittsburgh, PA. He completed his undergraduate studies at Pennsylvania State University, where he received his B.S. in Accounting. While in college, he had the opportunity to shadow his uncle, a dentist. That experience ignited a passion for dentistry, which he ultimately decided to pursue.

Dr. Smyth received his Doctorate in Medicine of Dentistry (D.M.D.) from the University of Pittsburgh and attained his Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at the Dayton Veterans Affairs Medical Center. During his residency, he refined his skills in endodontics, dental implants, prosthodontics, and other specialized dental procedures.
Besides his academic achievements, Dr. Smyth loves helping others. Kevin has volunteered his dental skills to the Special Olympics, Missions of Mercy, Boys and Girls Club, Bright Island Outreach, and Give Kids a SmileDay.
Dr. Smyth enjoys staying active outdoors with his fiance, Brianna. They like hiking, skiing, and both are avid gym-goers. Dr. Smyth fell in love with Colorado during his many trips to visit family in the Denver area. Today, hes very excited to call the Centennial Statehome.
