Dr. Levens is a native of East Texas. He studied finance and science at Baylor University while pitching for the Baylor Baseball team. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Baylor University Dental School in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Levens served in the United States Air Force and completed the General Practice Residency at Wright-Patterson AFB in Dayton, Ohio. He served further at Kirkland AFB in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Dr. Levens received the Commendation medal for creating and administering the USAF Red Cross Dental Assistant training program. Dr. Levens has been in private practice since 1995. During this time he was nominated Top Dentist in the state of Texas. He earned his Fellowship of the Academy of General Dentistry in 2006. Only 10,000 dentists in the nation have earned a Fellowship with only 3% in Colorado Springs. Dr. Levens completed F.A.C.E. training in 2012 and has experience with severe TMJ and occlusal issues. He is a FastBraces Master Provider for fastbraces orthodontics. He and his family relocated from Texas to Colorado Springs, CO in August of 2010.
I am a continual student in the field of dentistry and I provide sound dental practices while staying current with technology. I am not interested in selling dentistry to my patients. Better yet, the effects of the gas wear off in just five minutes, a much short time frame than a traditional anesthetic.
Elisabeth and Dr. Levens were married in 1989. She loves reading a good book, hiking, spending time with their kids and enjoying beautiful Colorado. It has been a great pleasure meeting and getting to know our patients. They are the most interesting and the kindest people in Colorado Springs. Alyssa has been a dental assistant since summer of 2016. She got her education in Arizona at the American Dental Association. She loves having the opportunity to help her patients feel more comfortable while at the dental office and hopes to provide a more enjoyable experience for all our patients. Alyssa moved to Colorado in 2016 from Arizona and loves the fresh mountain air. She loves to spend time with her family and friends going for hikes, watching movies or going on a road trip. She also enjoys reading a good book or making crafts on the weekends.
Cyndi has been a dental hygienist for almost 40 years and got her degree from NWTC in Green Bay, WI. She has been happily married for over 38 years to her husband Paul and is a proud mother of two sons and grandmother to four grandchildren. Cyndi takes advantage of Colorados beauty by camping and hiking. She also enjoys concerts, crafts and spending time with her friends and family.
Annie Han is a transplant from North Carolina. She believes in holistic care and helping people thrive. Annie is passionate about Jesus, music, and exploring Colorado with her husband and three daughters.
Addie is a senior at Lewis-Palmer and is very involved in her school. She is the president of Drama Club and a head football manager. She enjoys spending time with her friends and family along with sewing and playing spike ball. Addie plans on pursuing a career in graphic design in her future.
