Ariana has been a member of the LDC team for over 10 years. She is well versed in all facets of the practice. From the administrative side to clinical side. These days youll most often find her chair side assisting Dr. Frames. She will always welcome you with a friendly smile and go above and beyond when it comes to caring for and engaging with our patients. She is married to a United States Marine, has two teenage daughters, and two rescue dogs.
Jennifer managed a pediatric dental practice for 10 years in McLean before taking off time to raise her kids.She has been part of theLansdowne Dental Care's administrative team for the past 10 years!In her free time she enjoys spending time with her kids, her beloved Golden retriever and her husband, James.She is a foodie and loves trying new restaurants, especially in DC, and is always in search of the best new craft brewery. When not drinking and eating, she can be found outside running or at her local gym.
Paula Flohr, our Office Manager has been with LDC since the beginning. The last 13 years she hasparticipated and taken pride in the growth and success of our practice. She has created relationships with our patients and staff members that has helped them feel their value in our success. Paula has lived in Loudoun County for over 40 years and feels very fortunate to be able to be part of giving back to this area by being part of LDC. Her time outside the office is spent with Bruce and their large combined family of 6 children and 8 grandchildren. They enjoy traveling, exercising, especially the trails and wineries we have in our area to enjoy.
I have been a team member of the LDC family for more than 10 years. I truly love being an assistant, The most rewarding part of my job is making sure all my patients are as comfortable as possible so that we deliver the best dental care to them. I have built such an amazing relationship with all patients that they really feel like family, I also enjoy seeing all the kids in our office and I feel grateful by seeing many of them grow up to be adults. I truly enjoy seeing all the kids that I have been named the child whisperer by Dr Tracey. Children love me and that means so much to me.I am blessed to have a beautiful family of 5 which include three children Alex 17, Aaliyah 15, and my baby Amayah is 8 years old and of course my better half, Alex Lee.I am so grateful to be a part of LDC because we provide our patients with the latest technology but most important we provide them with the best dental care because we truly care.
Sachi Vo has been a dental hygienist for over 7 years. She joined Lansdowne Dental Care since graduating hygiene school. In addition to being a clinician, she also added orofacial myofunctional therapy to her skill set, focusing on overall patient health. She enjoys family time, yoga and the beach.
Kenia recently joined the LDC family as part of the administrative team! She loves her role as a treatment and financial coordinator because this allows her to create a bond with patients. Shes personable and enjoys getting to know our patients in the practice. Kenia is currently finishing her BS degree at UMUG and has been in the medical field for 5 years. She recently rescued her dog named Loki, and is absolutely in love with him and wishes to continue to rescue more! During her free time, she enjoys going on hikes and walks with her pup and enjoys being on the move. Kenia enjoys taking spin classes at her gym and has set new fitness goals and hopes to strive! She loves spending time with her friends and family.
Minh graduated Cum Laude from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2012. She is a true believer that the prettiest thing you can wear is a smile! She loves to help her patients in achieving their healthiest smiles. She grew up in Fairfax County and now resides in Loudoun County. When she is not working, Minh enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, eating and staying active.
Dr. Tracey Nguyen, aka Dr. Tracey, received her DDS, Magna Cum Laude at the Virginia Commonwealth University, Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Nguyen pledges to treat each patients with the highest standard of oral health care.
Dr. Nguyen is very involved in the local, state and regional organizations, ie, Loudoun County Dental Study Group, Northern Virginia Dental Association, Virginia Dental Association and the American Dental Association
As a member of theAmerican Academy of Laser Dentistryand theWorld Clinical Laser Institute, Dr. Nguyen understands the importances of lasers in dentistry.She was one of the first doctors that introduced the hard tissue laser dentistry in Loudoun County.
As an member ofInternational Congress of Implantologists(ICOI), Dr. Nguyen has been restoring missing teeth with implants for years. The ICOI is the worlds largest dental implant organization and largest provider of continuing dental education.
Fellow of theAmerican Academy of General Dentistry.To eligible for fellowship with the AGD, a dentist would complete 500 continuing education credits and pass the demanding and challenging oral exam. Every dentist who applies for the Fellowship award has their application reviewed by the AGD Council on Dental Education to assure that the high standards of the Academy of General Dentistry are met.As aFellow of the American Academy of General Dentistry, Dr. Nguyen understands that providing great smiles and excellent oral health are the result of going above and beyond basic requirements.
