Dr. Henrikson grew up in Crown Point, IN and attended Ball State University, receiving his Bachelors degree. Dr. Henrikson then pursued his Doctorate in Dental Surgery at Indiana University School of Dentistry, graduating in 1999. After completing a one year residency at Wishard Hospital in Indianapolis, Dr. Henrikson spent four years at the University of Cincinnati completing his oral & maxillofacial surgery residency. He became certified with the American Board of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery in 2006.
Dr. Henrikson is a member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, West Central Dental Society, Seattle Study Club, Indiana Society of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery and the American Dental Society of Anesthesiology. Dr. Henrikson is also the Anesthesia Chairman of the Indiana State Oral & Maxillofacial Society. He volunteers with Great Shape! Inc, and the Indiana University School of Dentistry.
