Dr. Wigley has been in dental practice for over 20 years. He stays current with the latest advances in the field of dentistry and its technology, and he brings this new knowledge back to his patients.
Dr. Wigley is a Florida native; he graduated from the University of South Florida, earning a BA in Chemistry. He then went on to the University of Florida Dental School to receive his Doctor of Dental Medicine.
In addition to his academic career, Dr. Wigley also served his country as a Captain in the United States Air Force from 1989 to 1992, receiving the Air Training Ribbon, National Service Defense Medal, and Expert Marksman Small Arms. While serving in the Air Force, he served at different times as Chief of Periodontics, Chief of Preventative Dentistry, and as Chief of Infection Control.
After only five years out of school, he completed all the requirements to become a Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry(FAGD). The FAGD is an organization of approximately 35,000 dentists who are committed to continuing dental education in order to providetheir patients with the best care possible.
While he was still in the Air Force, Christopher was selected to receive advanced training in the dental specialty of Periodontics. He received this training at the renowned Wilford Hall Medical Center at Lackland Air Force Base in Texas. The experience has served him well throughout his career.
Christopher married his high school sweetheart and has three children. He's lived in Jensen Beach since arriving here in 1992. He enjoys outdoor activities such as scuba diving and fishing. Dr. Wigley's professional affiliations along with his commitment to family, his country, and ultimately to his patients all reflect his dedication and skill.
