Dr. Jenna Waselues grew up in Fayetteville, Arkansas, and graduated from Fayetteville High School as a Valedictorian. Dr. Waselues attended the University of Arkansas on academic and athletic scholarships, and was a Razorback Cheerleader for 4 years. She graduated from the UofA in the top 10 percentile with a B.S.E. degree in Kinesiology/Pre-Professional and a minor in Chemistry. Dr. Waselues chose to attend the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Dentistry, due to the programs reputation and because it was the closest dental school to Fayetteville. This proximity was important to Dr. Waselues, because her plan was to return to Northwest Arkansas to practice dentistry and serve her hometown community.
While in dental school she held leadership roles and was an active member in several dental and volunteer organizations. Dr. Waselues graduated with honors from the UMKC School of Dentistry in May 2015. She is thrilled to be back in Fayetteville, and has been practicing since June 2015. She is currently a member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Arkansas State Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, and Xi Psi Phi Professional Dental Fraternity Alumni.
She enjoys practicing general, family, and esthetic dentistry, and is a certified Invisalign orthodontics provider. She is also certified to perform BOTOX and JUVDERM treatments for TMJ pain, bruxism, and oral-facial cosmetic procedures. She is a volunteer dentist at Welcome Healths Extraction Clinic, the Fayetteville Youth Dental Program on a regular basis, and at other dental outreach programs around the Northwest Arkansas Community. Dr. Waselues also enjoys mentoring pre-dental students to help them in their journey in achieving their dental professional goals.
In Dr. Waselues spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs; staying active by tumbling, stunting, hiking, and exercising; and attending and cheering on the Arkansas Razorbacks at athletic events.
