Dr. Chang has over 10 years of dental experience, first as a hygienist, then later returning to obtain his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. Heenjoys all aspects of general dentistry and is always eager to educate you and your family on achieving better dental health. Dr. Chang is committed to continuing education in order to stay current with new techniques, procedures, and technology.
Dr. Rebekah Finger is a native to North Carolina, born and raised in Lincoln County. She attended UNC Chapel Hill for an undergraduate degree in Dental Hygiene and attended East Carolina University for her Doctorate in Dental Medicine where she graduated as a member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Honor Dental Society.
After more than 10 years of combined dental experience, Dr. Rebekah knows her passion is providing the highest quality dental care with kindness and understanding. Her focus is respecting each patients overall health and dental expectations to provide well rounded treatment. She is dedicated to lifelong learning in all aspects of general dentistry and providing access to dental care in underserved communities through volunteer opportunities.
Dr. Rebekah is excited to meet her new patients at Healthy Smiles! She currently lives in the triangle and spends her time with family and friends. Her hobbies include traveling abroad, cooking and being an avid sports fan, however, her favorite activity is exploring North Carolinas beautiful landscape and culture from the mountains to the coast.
Dr. Pablo Ramos is originally from Cali, Colombia and is bilingual in Spanish and English. He graduated summa cum laude from NC State University with a Bachelors degree in Biomedical Engineering. Dr.Ramos obtained his DDS degree from UNC-Chapel Hill School of Dentistry. While at UNC, he participated in a number of service activities, including MOM clinics and The Mexico Project where he provided dental care in an orphanage.
After dental school, Dr. Ramos completed a General Practice Residency at UNC Hospitals where he received advanced training in dental emergencies, oral surgery, prosthodontics and management of medically complex patients. He is interested in all aspects of general dentistry and his goal is to provide excellent and compassionate care to his patients in a comfortable environment.
Dr. Ramos married his high school sweetheart, Beth, and they have threelittle girls, Elena, Claire and Audrey.Outside of dentistry, Dr. Ramos enjoys traveling, trying new foods, anything soccer related,and spending time with family and friends.
