Melanie, our financial coordinator, joined our team in 2000. She is also a registered dental assistant with over 30 years of experience. She enjoys being an advocate for our patients oral and overall health by guiding them through our financial options. Her goal is to help patients achieve optimal oral health and wellness. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and spoiling her grandsons.
Nikki joined our dental team in 2017 with over 20 years of dental experience. She takes pride in making our patients feel completely comfortable. Nikkis number one goal is to provide our patients with the highest quality dental care in a comfortable and friendly environment. She enjoys spending time with her kids and watching golf.
Sue joined our team in 1994 and has over 33 years in the dental field. She attended hygiene school in Amarillo. Sue wants to make a difference in the overall health of our patients by collaboratively preventing oral disease, educating, and training our patients on how to achieve the highest level of optimal oral health and wellness. She enjoys the outdoors and spending time with family, especially her two grandsons, and friends.
Dee joined our team in 2014 and brought with her 8 years of experience in all phases of dentistry, including orthodontics. Dee always has a big, welcoming smile on her face. She enjoys caring for our patients and educating them toward overall health and wellness. Dee is very active in her church and enjoys working with youth. Her spare time is filled with activities with her church, family, and especially her daughter, Keleis.
Courtney was born in Lubbock and grew up in Odessa, Texas. She graduated from Permian High School in 2002 before going on to hygiene school at Howard College in Big Spring where she graduated in 2016. The same year she received her Associates degree in Applied Science. Courtney has also received additional advanced training, becoming CPR certified by the American Heart Association, nitrous oxide certified, and laser certified. Her favorite part of this job is helping people feel great about their smile. Courtney is happily married with four kidstwo boys and two girls. In her free time, she loves spending time with family, enjoying outdoor activities, exercising, and watching football.
Monica is a native Midlander who grew up and attended school in Greenwood. She received her Dental Hygiene education at Howard College in Big Spring, Tx. While continuing her studies at Howard College, Monica was awarded the 2017 Golden Scaler award, the Alice B. Haynes 110% award and was the outstanding Dental Hygiene Student recipient for two years in a row. Monica is the true optimist who always see the glass half full. She is very grateful for her husband and best friend of nineteen years and their daughter who attends Greenwood High School. Monica enjoys meeting new people and is always ready to travel and immerse herself into new places. She excels in working with our patients in easing the dental phobias and educating them about their dental health.
Hilda joined our team in 2020, bringing along with her 14 years of experience as a Dental Assistant. She enjoys helping patients to feel confident in their smile and to reach optimal dental health. Originally from California and Nebraska, she moved to Andrews, Texas to be closer to family. Hilda is a single mom to four wonderful children three boys and 1 girl.
Veronica was born and raised in West Odessa and attended Career Center High School. She then attended Odessa College where she became passionate about dentistry and helping people in need. This led to her being in the dental field for 10 years and taking on various roles such as general dentist assistant and clinical dental manager as well as expanding her services to include oral surgery, endodontics, general anesthesia, pediatrics, and orthodontics. Veronica has two twin boys and one daughter with her husband of 19 years and enjoys spending time with her family.
Karina started out as a patient at Health Centered Dentistry and soon joined our team. She loves to communicate with her patients to fulfill their needs in any way that she can. Karina graduated from UTPB with a Bachelors Degree in Communication. She never imagined working in the dental field but is so grateful for the opportunity to grow alongside her amazing coworkers and doctors. Eventually, her goal is to continue learning even more about dentistry and move up with her team. In her spare time, she loves working out, spending time with her family and friends as well as with her sweet Labrador dog named Bravo.

A: Brushing and flossing help control the plaque that cause dental disease. Plaque formation is continuous and can only be controlled by regular brushing, flossing , and the use of other dental aids. Toothbrushing Brush your teeth at least twice a day. Once after breakfast each morning, and again before going to bed at night. Always use an ADA approved soft bristle brush. We recommend the Sonicare electric brushes for everyone. These brushes are amazing devices and we have seen tremendous improvement in our patients oral health just by changing to this brush. We carry these brushes in our office at a very affordable price. Ask us about these great brushes! Flossing Daily flossing is the best way to clean between the teeth and under the gumline. Nothing substitutes for flossing! Floss holders or the floss pics are recommended if you have difficulty using conventional floss. Always floss before brushing.

Dr. Colleen Mohn was born in San Diego, California and grew up in the Phoenix, Arizona area. She attended the University of Arizona where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree. She then graduated with her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona.
While in dental school, Dr. Mohn was a coordinator for health outreach programs to provide free dental treatment for those in need. Her most memorable experience was a mission trip to the Kingdom of Tonga.
Since relocating to the Midland/Odessa area, Dr. Mohn has enjoyed providing quality care to the community and cherishes her patient relationships. She is active in the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, West Texas Academy of General Dentistry, Permian Basin District Dental Society, Seattle Study Club and Spear Study Club.
Dr. Mohn was also awarded the New Dentist of the Year nomination by the Texas Academy of General Dentistry and has received over 500 continuing education hours in dentistry. She was the recipient of her Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry in 2021 and only 7% of general dentists in the nation receive this distinction. Dr. Mohn also served as the West Texas Academy of General Dentistry President and was recognized with the Component Leader of the Year award during her term.
Dr. Hannah LaFrance grew up in Livingston, Texas. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University, graduating Magna Cum Laude. She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Texas School of Dentistry in Houston.
She also participated in an international dental mission trip where she provided dental treatment to patients of all ages. Dr. LaFrance strives to provide compassionate care to her patients by ensuring they are as comfortable as they can be and attributes her love for dentistry to her passion for serving others.
In her free time Dr. LaFrance cherishes the time spent with her newborn son and enjoys spending time outside with her family and their dog, Jax. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Texas Dental Association, West Texas Academy of General Dentistry and the Permian Basin District Dental Society.
