.Dr. Xuan Thou (pronounced Soon To) received her doctorate from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry and advanced her training at the Minneapolis Veterans Affairs Medical Center General Practice Residency.
Dr. Thou migrated from Vietnam with her family at the young age of three after sponsorship by a local church in Bloomington, MN. Rooted in this community, she is proud to set up her dental practice in the city where she and her husband now raise their young growing family. With her passion for art and science, her inclination towards innovation, her dedication to lifelong learning, and her heart to serve, she has found a perfect match in the profession of dentistry.
Dr. Thou has advanced her training in many areas of dentistry including implant dentistry and orthodontics. She particularly enjoys the diversity of care she is able to provide to her patients and their families. Driven by excellence, transformative dentistry, and modern technology, she finds the profession especially rewarding and honors the trust-based relationship she builds with her patients. She believes that dentistry can be provided in a comfortable, soothing, and loving atmosphere and has created an environment where this can be possible.
