Following the earning of his doctor of dental surgery degree, Dr. Clement worked diligently as a public health dentist for several years before deciding to own and operate his own dental practice, Great Lakes Bay Dental, which is located in the heart of Midland, MI. A longtime Michigan resident, Dr. Clement is proud to call the greater Tri-Cities region his home.
Even in his personal life, Dr. Clement has dedicated years to serving his community by spreading dental awareness, giving community presentations, and participatingin health fairs. He is also an avid philanthropist, volunteering internationally to provide dental care to patients in countries where obtaining accessible dental care is incredibly difficult. In addition to his close community involvement and volunteer work, Dr. Clement shows his enthusiasm for all-encompassing health and fitness by acting as a certified Strength and Conditioning specialist, an accredited CrossFit trainer, and an avid weightlifter.

Valuing continuing education, as well as patient education, Janet has completed several post-graduation programs. She volunteers for the MDA Mission of Mercy and participates in oral hygiene presentations along with Dr. Clement. At our Midland, MI dental practice, Janet is qualified to administer nitrous oxide sedation to our patients. She also assists Dr. Clement with dental procedures and safely administering dental x-rays. In her downtime, Janet enjoys golfing.

She is an ARC professional rescueralong with Dr. Clementand is licensed to administer local anesthetic and nitrous oxide sedation to our patients. While in the office, sheoften performs each patient's initial screening and provides them with hygiene education. In her free time, she enjoys baking, canning, scrapbooking, and spreading her knowledge of sign language to our team and her children. On her lunch hour, you can usually find her shopping around town.

Martha attended Ferris State University where she earned her Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene.
