Dr. Christopher M. Geric was raised in Ormond Beach, Florida. He received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Florida in 1997 and his Doctorate in Dental Medicine, with honors, from the University of Florida in 2001. Following graduation, Dr. Geric was proudly commissioned in the United States Navy and completed a one year General Practice Residency at Naval Medical Center San Diego. He was then stationed with the 3rd Marine Forces Pacific in Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii, where he deployed on several humanitarian aid missions in the South Pacific. Dr. Geric returned to Florida in 2005 to complete his Endodontic residency at Nova Southeastern University. He studied Endodontics internationally, completing a surgical fellowship at the University of Tlaxcala in Mexico.
Dr. Geric continues to pursue education as a co-founder and endodontic advisor of Advanced Dental Seminars of Jacksonville. He is a past president of the Jacksonville Dental Society and is an active member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, and the Northeast District Dental Association.
Dr. Gary Manasse was born and raised in Jacksonville, Florida. He graduated from The University of Florida with honors in 1989 with a B.S. degree majoring in Zoology. Dr. Manasse attended the University of Florida College of Dentistry and received his D.M.D. degree in 1993, at which time he was also inducted into the honorary dental society OKU. He completed a general practice hospital-based residency in 1994 at the V.A. hospital in Miami, Florida, and his post-graduate endodontic residency at the University of Florida in 1997, where he spent his final year as chief resident. Dr. Manasse continued in academics and was an assistant professor in the Department of Endodontics at the University of Florida from 1999-2001 where he taught both graduate residents and undergraduate dental students. He remains on staff as a volunteer clinical professor in the department. Dr. Manasse has been a solo practicing endodontist since 2001 in Jacksonville, Florida. He is involved with multiple charitable and social organizations. He is also a member of the America Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, Florida Dental Association, Northeast District Dental Association and the Florida Association of Endodontists.
Priscilla was raised in Virginia Beach, Virginia and has been a resident of Jacksonville, Florida since 2001. She was motivated to enter the dental field after volunteering with her family dentist who helped her overcome her childhood fear and anxiety related to dental treatment. She has been dedicated to aiding patients overcome their dental anxieties through empathetic care and thorough patient education ever since. Priscilla received her expanded functions dental assistant and radiography certification from the University of Florida College of Dentistry. Priscilla has enjoyed working in various aspects of dentistry since 2002. She has focused on the specialty of endodontics since 2005. Drawing from nearly two decades of dental experience, Priscilla continues to guide our office towards ever higher standards of outstanding care. Her in depth knowledge of the intricate details of dental insurance, health guidelines and endodontic procedures aids her in navigating thru the clerical, clinical and financial aspects of each patient's visit. As office manager with our practice since 2010, Priscilla collaborates with the referring doctors, staff and patient to create an exceptional experience to address the individual needs of each endodontic case with ease and expertise.
Originally from Niagara Falls, Ontario, Canada, Cynthia moved to Jacksonville, FL in 2001. Cynthia first realized she wanted to be in the dental field during high school after volunteering in a six month co-operative dental education program. She received her dental radiography certification from the University of Florida. From the initiation of her dental career in 2002, Cynthia has specialized particularly in the field of microscopic endodontics. Devoting her entire dental career to the endodontic specialty, Cynthia's clinical experience is tailored to provide a seamless experience. Her extensive endodontic knowledge and keen attention to detail combined with her calm demeanor makes her a valuable asset to our team as Head Clinical Assistant. She enjoys the one on one experience with each patient with the goal of making each individual feel comfortable throughout their entire dental experience. In addition to her role at our office, Cynthia is also active in the local Jacksonville community and mission relief efforts abroad.
Cassie is a native of Jacksonville, Florida. Prior to her dental training, she was experienced as a certified nursing assistant (CNA). She focused on caring for the elderly community, specifically patients coping with Alzheimer's disease and dementia. Her medical experience is a great asset to our office in providing compassionate care in a calm and patient manner. Interest was piqued during a visit with her family dentist when she was informed of a local dental assisting program. Cassie received her expanded functions dental assistant and radiography certification from Bartram Dental Assisting School in 2016. As part of our team, Cassie now finds satisfaction in transferring her years of medical experience in providing exceptional care to our dental patients as a chairside dental assistant and radiographer. Cassie also enjoys working in the front office of the practice. Her focus, efficiency and organizational skills help facilitate smooth operations in the front office, while building comforting, trusting relationships with patients. It is her goal to work together with the referring staff and doctors to make each visit a positive experience for each patient.
Born and raised in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Mikenna moved to Jacksonville, Florida in 2016. Mikenna was inspired to join dentistry, ever since she stumbled upon the Bartram Dental Assisting program where she received her expanded functions dental assistant and radiography certification. Mikenna excelled in dental assisting school, earning the title of Class Valedictorian. Upon graduating in 2017, Mikenna immediately acquired a position at a general dentistry office and quickly advanced to Lead Dental Assistant. After working in general dentistry, she then decided to specialize in endodontics! Mikenna was a true gem of a find to add to our dental assisting team! As she personally guides you thru each step of your visit, we are sure you will be put at ease by her kind and confident demeanor coupled with her diligence in providing exceptional care.
Originally from Thetford, England, Emily moved to Jacksonville, FL in 2020 from Spain. Emily's interest to become a dental assistant was sparked early in childhood, as she always enjoyed visits to her family dentist. She graduated the dental assisting program at Metropolitain Institute of Health and Technology and received her Dental Radiographer Certification from University of Florida College of Dentistry. Emily was a standout with her international experience and spirit of adaptability and determination. She is a valued member of our clinical dental team!
