Dr. Truyen OLeary is a graduate of the University of Tennessee. She has been practicing dentistry for more than 20 years. She takes great pride in her work and is passionate about treating people with respect, integrity, and kindness. She loves dentistry because it allows her to meet people from all backgrounds and provides her with the opportunity to make a real difference in someones dental experience. I feel a great sense of satisfaction when patients with anxiety tell me that they look forward to returning for their dental care.
She enjoys working with people of all ages, especially children. Kids give me my biggest laughs! Her love for kids shows in her practice. The office is designed with a salt-water fish tank, a kids cave, lots of toys, and tons of TLC to ensure they have a great experience. She supports our community by sponsoring underprivileged children in her practice.
She continues to hone her professional skills by attending continuing education courses, integrating new techniques, and using the latest technology to provide dental care that is not only more comfortable for patients but also fosters long-term dental health.
Dr. OLeary comes from a family of nine children with parents of Vietnamese heritage. She is married to Steve, a retired Army pilot who now teaches flying locally. In her spare time, she loves to travel, cook, and spend time with her family.
I love my work because of the variety that it entailsI am a dental assistant and a patient care coordinator as well. I am blessed to be able to help patients in different aspects of their dental experience. I am with them while they have their treatment done and I also help them coordinate their care at the front office. What I love about working with Dr. OLeary is how much she truly cares about her patients and her staff. She is one of the most grateful people I have ever met!
I have been in the dental field for more than 18 years and have enjoyed every position that Ive had. I really enjoy meeting patients and their families. The best part is I get to know each one of them like family. Knowing that I can provide some assistance and reassurances to patients about their dental needs gives me great pleasure. In the time that Ive known Dr. OLeary, I have noticed that she truly cares about her patients and staff. She interacts with her patients like they are her own family. This speaks volumes for a healthcare provider. She also treats her staff with great respect and she makes our working environment even more special. What I love most about being a dental hygienist is being able to build a personal relationship with my patients based on trust. I enjoy providing educational, clinical, and therapeutic services to reach optimum oral health in a conservative manner. I love working with Dr. OLeary because she makes patient care our top priority. Dr. OLeary takes time to listen to her patients needs while providing solutions with the highest level of care. There is never a dull moment due to her caring nature and outgoing personality!

What I enjoy most about my job is helping patients who are apprehensive about dental work. It makes my day when I can make patients comfortable and less fearful. I am happy to be in a profession where I can meet different people and get to know their families. I like seeing the little kids get excited about coming in to see us.
