Dr. Tina Saw provides her patients with exceptional cosmetic, restorative and general dentistry. She grew up in Olympia, Washington and attended Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Shortly after graduating, Dr. Saw went back to the West Coast, and attended Loma Linda Universitys School of Dentistry.
Dr. Saw is passionate about dentistry and her community. During her time at Loma Linda, she served on several mission trips, both local and abroad. When she is not at Elevated Smiles, Dr. Saw continues her love and passion for helping others by giving her time to community clinics in the San Diego area. Dr. Saw received Loma Linda Universitys Boyko Award for Christ-like service in dentistry for demonstrating extraordinary interest and activity in following Christs statement, Whatever you did for one of the least . . . you did for Me. She also continues giving back through the Dental Lifeline Network where she brings in one individual into the community and transforms their smile to help them get back on their feet.
Dr. Saw is compassionate and gentle to all her patients. She takes the time to get to know them, and makes sure she addresses all their concerns. She truly cares for each person that walks through the door.
Her pursuit of knowledge is important and she understands how important it is to keep up with the latest techniques in dentistry in order to provide the best quality care for her patients. As a member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, she has spent many hours striving towards perfecting techniques that yield top-notch cosmetic dentistry in order to deliver natural, beautiful and minimally invasive dentistry. Dr. Saw is also a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association and San Diego County Dental Society.
Besides practicing dentistry, Dr. Saw spends a lot of time biking and enjoying the outdoors with her two children, Jax and Ava. She also works outside in the yard with her husband on their vertical hydroponic garden, growing vegetables with no soil. On the weekends, she often can be found at Disneyland with her family, enjoying all the rides and taking pictures with Mickey and Minnie.
Dr. Saw hopes to transform and build as many smiles as possible. She truly believes nothing should hold a patient back from obtaining the healthy and brilliant smile they deserve. Dr. Saw has been seen in Shape Magazine, CBS 8, Fox 5, Newsweek and more.
