2225 Grant Rd Suite 7, Los Altos, CA 94024

The specialty of orthodontics is a mixture of science and art; science is my academic strength, and art has always been my passion in life. I offer both scientific and aesthetic opinions for my patients, allowing them to achieve outstanding results while improving their dental, facial, and skeletal health. While overcoming challenges in orthodontics is certainly satisfying, my true reward comes from the friendships Ive created with my patients.

My journey into the field of orthodontics began on a very personal note. As an adolescent, my orthodontic treatment changed my life immeasurably. Not only did the aesthetics of my smile improve, but my confidence improved as well. In order to give others the same amazing orthodontic experience I had, I entered dental school at Yang-Ming Medical School in Taipei, Taiwan, earning my Doctorate of Dental Surgery. After my dental school education, I received orthodontic residency training in Taipei Veterans General Hospital. After coming to the United States, I furthered my education and received my orthodontic training and Master of Oral Biology degree at the University of California-San Francisco.

On top of my formal education, I was also trained through courses from Invisalign, Roth Williams International Society of Orthodontists, and The Andrews Foundation. I also continued my training in most of the yearly AAO and PCSO meetings. I am excited to learn new things and bring advanced technology into the office in order to provide my patients with the most efficient and effective care.

I am originally from Taiwan and speak fluent Taiwanese and Mandarin. I now live in Palo Alto with my husband, Dr. Ming Yeh, a prosthodontist. We have one son. When Im not in the office I enjoy gardening, taking in art and architecture, and traveling.

A beautiful smile means a lot to most people and I feel fortunate to play an important role in the team that can make it happen. I am so happy that I am capable of providing the best when it comes to our clinic. Seeing my patients regain the function and confidence is not good enough for me; the long-term satisfaction excites me the most. Dr. Yeh

Dr. Ming Yeh received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery in 1982 from National Yang-Ming Medical University, in Taiwan. He got into the restorative branch and became an attending doctor before he came to the United States for training in implant dentistry in 1991. After three years of didactic courses and inter-disciplinary studies for patients who need extensive dental care, Dr. Yeh received his prosthodontics certificate from University of California, San Francisco in 1994.

Through a combined residency program with the University of California San Francisco and the San Francisco VA Medical Center, Dr. Yeh got the opportunity to expose himself to all kinds of dental implant cases. He then went into basic science research through the oral biology program at UCSF. He focused on cell surface receptor related with force transduction and got his PhD in 2002. Dr. Yeh helped to establish this clinic since then and is currently a clinic instructor in the dental school of the University of the Pacific, San Francisco.

To extend beyond his restorative training in dental implants, Dr. Yeh has continued his education through postgraduate studies in surgical implant placement, sinus and bone graft procedures, immediate implant placement, and soft tissue management.

Originally from Taipei, Taiwan, Dr. Yeh has lived in Palo Alto for over ten years. He and his wife, Dr. Lee, have one son in college. When hes not in the office Dr. Yeh and his wife enjoy traveling and sports. He likes to play card games.
