Dr. Shelley received his Bachelors of Science degree at Brigham Young University (Provo, UT) in 2000, and graduated with honors from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry (San Francisco, CA) in 2003. After dental school he taught pre-clinical operative dentistry at the university and worked as a general dentist. Finally, he attended a two year endodontic program where he received his certificate in endodontics and Masters in Oral Biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago (Chicago, IL) in 2006. His thesis work was published in the Journal of Dental Education in 2007. He is board eligible, and is in the process of pursuing board certification.
