Nestled against the backdrop of the beautiful Claremont Hotel, with smells of freshly ground coffee beans wafting in from Peet 's coffee and fresh bread from the bakery, and the boisterous sounds of laughter, families and friends gathering in the courtyard below, it is truly a wonderful environment in which to work, and to serve you, our wonderful patients.

Nooshan Mirhadi, D.D.S.was born in Iran but is a bay area native and is proud of being an Iranian-American. A graduate from the University of California at Berkeley with a double major in Integrative Biology and Near Eastern Studies, emphasis in Persian Studies, she was driven towards a career in health, medicine, education, and service. Dentistry, with its need for strong interpersonal skills and connection, in addition to integrating both science and art, was a natural choice. She graduated from the University of the Pacific School of Dentistry in 2003 and after being an associate in two offices, purchased the wonderful practice of Dr. Barry Hunau in 2005. Having a strong work ethic and firm educational foundation, in addition to a vision of patient care, perfectionism, skill, and creating a true 'family dentistry' environment, she has created for many a place they can call a 'dental home.'
She is a member of the California Dental Association, the American Dental Association, and the Berkeley Dental Society. She is an Invisalign provider, takes many continuing education courses, and is also a member of several local dental study clubs.
Jennifer Gee Schoon-Tong D.D.S.grew up on the Monterey Peninsula but considers herself a bay area native. She is a graduate of the University of California at Berkeley, with a degree in Molecular and Cell Biology/ Neurobiology. She always knew that she was destined for a career in health and in the care of others. She graduated from New York University in 2007 and completed her General Practice Residency from the Veterans Affairs of Northern California in 2008. She joined the practice of Dr. Nooshan Mirhadi as an associate in the fall of 2008 part time while still volunteering with low-income families, working in another dental office and teaching/working at the veteran's hospital. In 2014 she joined the practice as a full-time associate, and as of January 2020 she is now a committed partner in our family dental practice.
She is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, and the Berkeley Dental Society. She has volunteered and continues to volunteer to serve those less fortunate in the local community. She has also served many leadership positions - was on the local dental society Board of Directors since she became a member in 2008, was the President of the Berkeley Dental Society in 2013 and served on the California Dental Association Council on Practice Support.
She loves spending time with her family, her friends, her husband and her two beautiful daughters. She also loves to write and is the Editor of the Berkeley Dental Society and various local newsletters. In her 'spare' time she loves music, playing the piano, reading, and enjoying nature!
Meuy Saechao - office manager and treatment planning coordinator - Meuy May joined our dental practice in January of 2020. Having had over 14 years of dental experience and well versed in practice management she is a wonderful addition to our dental family. She was born and raised in the bay area and is the eldest of five children! When she is not in the office she enjoys spending time with her husband and three children, her family and friends
Maria 'Ailene' Galindo - practice administrator -Ailene joined our dental practice in 2006, having had years of experience in the general dentistry field since 1996 and has been integral in all facets of front office management when Dr. Mirhadi became the dental practice owner. She is a bay area native and very well versed in dental insurance policies. While she will be living in Vegas, she will continue to take care of our patients remotely and continue to assist the practice and care of patients. Committed to service, customer care, and customer relations, she facilitates communication between our patients and office operations. She married her husband in 2007 and has one wonderful stepson. She is dedicated to health and exercise and living life spiritually and to its fullest potentials. She loves to travel, spend time with her family, friends, and her dogs!
Pam Lothian R.D.A.- scheduling coordinator - Pam began her dental career in 1975 as a registered dental assistant. She joined our administrative team in 2018 and strives to provide a welcoming and friendly environment for patients. She is also very grateful to have joined such a caring, talented, and professional team who offers their patients exceptional care. Outside of her professional life, Pam enjoys spending time with her large extended family and friends. She is a resident of Alameda, CA
Kim Fong RDHAP- Kim is a native of the Bay Area, a true San Franciscan. She received her dental hygiene training from Chabot College in Hayward, CA. She continued her studies and received her alternative practice license from the University of the Pacific in San Francisco. This allows her to practice hygiene unsupervised to reach the underserved and special needs communities. She has been practicing hygiene since 1998 throughout the bay area.When she isn't working she is enjoying time with her husband and taking care of her beautiful dog Bella, in addition to having a love of knitting, food and baking.
Lucy Arrayga RDH - is a native Bay Area Californian, born and raised in Oakland, CA. She has been married for almost 20 years and has three beautiful sons. She received her hygiene training at Diablo Valley College and has been a practicing registered dental hygienist for over 10 years. She is a member of the East Bay Dental Hygiene Society and the California Dental Hygiene Association. In her free time she like to travel, baking,cake decorating, and spending time with her family.
