Dr. Fallahzadeh is a native of central Kentucky. After growing up in Somerset, Kentucky, she attended the University of Kentucky where she earned her bachelors in chemistry. She then attended the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry, graduating in 2001. Dr. Fallahzadeh opened Bourbon Family Dentistry in 2004, and has enjoyed serving the people in Paris and surrounding areas ever since.
