Dr. Kirk W. MacGillivray Dr. MacGillivray was born and raised in Santa Fe ,New Mexico. Dr MacGillivray graduated from the prestigious Washington University in St. Louis. He later graduated with Honors in Restorative dentistry from the University of Missouri Kansas City.
