Dr. Fulkerson was born and raised in Henderson. After graduating from the University of Kentucky with his dental degree, he completed a 2 year pediatric dental residency at Indiana University and James Whitcomb Riley Hospital for Children in Indianapolis.
Upon completion of his residency, he obtained a Masters of Science in Dentistry Degree (M.S.D.) with a Minor in Oral Pathology. After returning home to open his practice in 1998, he achieved his Board Certification. This demonstrates the highest commitment and level of recognition within Pediatric Dentistry.
