Today, we are honored and excited that Dr. Doris Fill, an expert in the field of dentistry, is providing quality dental caretochildren and adults in Point Loma, San Diego and all surrounding communities. We continue to see patients that travel as far as Europe and Australia that entrust our staff with their care.
The original dental practice was established in 1965 by Dr. Bill Sikes, a well known Point Loma dentist and resident. His son-in-law, Dr. John Albe, continued the excellent care of our patients until his retirement in 2001. We now see thegrandchildren of some of our original patients as ourdental team has grown.
I have been privileged to practice dentistry in San Diego for the last 13 years. I am a graduate of the University of Cartegena Columbia and licensed to practice dentistry in California for over 13 years. I truly enjoy the practice of the art of dentistry and my passion for my work resonates with my patients. In my years of practice, I have come to develop a sense of trust and community with my patients and take very seriously the confidence and trust that our patients place in me. I make it my personal goal to reward that confidence with the utmost in care and treatment.
I have lived in Point Loma for the last 18 years and feel privileged to call the area my home. My husband, Russ, is a director of photography and a world traveler. He is a videographer for the television show, Survivor. Our family has had the opportunity to travel to many of the shows locations. Our son attends school in Point Loma and our family is actively engaged in local church, school and sports.
I have been a registered Dental Hygienist since 2004 and part of our Point Loma dental team for 4 years. I grew up in Angeles City, Philippines where I obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education and became a high school teacher. I then immigrated to the United States, attended Loma Linda University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in dental hygiene.
Outside of the office, I spend most of my time with family including my husband and beautiful, energetic young daughter. In my free time, I enjoy attending continuing education courses in dental hygiene, reading, crafts, home improvement and travel.
I have worked in dentistry for 25 years and have been at our Point Loma office for 15 years. I enjoy people and love helping our patients feel comfortable, assuring them that they are receiving quality dental care.
I am the newest member of our Point Loma practice. I have been working in the dental profession for 22 years. I started as a receptionist and was able to grow into my role as a Registered Dental Assistant. I love working with patients and helping them feel comfortable.
