As a courtesy to our patients, we will gladly bill your insurance for you. We accept assignment of benefits from most insurances, meaning that your insurance will pay our office directly for your services. However there are some insurances, that only allow payment to be sent to the subscriber (you). If this is the case we will do our best to notify you in advance. Any claim not paid by your insurance will become your responsibility.
If you are a new patient to our office, these New Patient Forms will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. Printing them, filling them out and bringing them with you will allow us to attend to your medical needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. Every person is different, so the cost of treatment will vary from patient to patient. We will discuss the fees and help you choose a payment option before you begin treatment so that you know exactly what to expect without any surprises.
We try to obtain all of you dental benefits from your insurance company before your first visit with us and will gladly file your dental insurance claims for you. Dr. Gupta was born and raised in Columbia, Maryland. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Neurobiology Physiology from the University of Maryland, College Park after high school. He stayed in the Baltimore area while attending the University of Maryland Dental School. Dr. Gupta furthered his training by spending one year at the Philadelphia Veterans Affairs Medical Center. There he received advanced training in all aspects of general and implant dentistry. Since that time, he moved to Virginia and now has a busy private practice in Springfield. He married his wife Paroni in 2007 and now has twin boys. Dr. Gupta puts in a tremendous number of hours advancing his knowledge and stays current with advanced methods and materials through extensive continuing education, study clubs, and active association memberships. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, the Virginia Dental Association, the Northern Virginia Dental Society, and the Virginia Millenium Study Club.
