Dr. Jones attended UCSF School of Dentistry as a regents scholar. Prior to studying at Dental School, he attended UC Davis and received his B.S. in biochemistry with high honors. He lives in Davis with his wife and two sons. He enjoys hiking, boardgames, and power kite sports. Dr. Jones enjoys the artistic demands of dentistry and the lasting relationships he forms with his patients. He loves the rewarding experience of volunteering his time and skills at various public health clinics throughout the Sacramento area. He is a member of the American Dental Association, California Dental Association, and the Sacramento District Dental Society.
Jacob Blom, DDS grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and as an avid sports fan is a fan of both the Baltimore Orioles and Ravens. In 2004, he received a B.S. degree in Community and Justice Studies at Guilford College in North Carolina. Jacob graduated from Howard University College of Dentistry in 2018 and moved to Davis with his wife, who is a PhD student at UC Davis. Together, they have a puppy daughter, Boba (named after the tea drink). Jacob loves cooking and eating good food. He enjoys hiking, boardgames, watching movies, and fantasy football.
Leslie Azevedo, RDH Leslie has been with the practice since 1994 after graduating from the Sacramento City College Dental Hygiene program. Prior to this she was a Registered Dental Assistant for twelve years. Leslie moved to Vacaville with her husband in 1992. Leslie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, gardening, and music. Leslie enjoys the one on one time spent with her patients educating them about oral health. She finds it rewarding to see the improvements people make in their oral health as the years go by. She has many patients that she has seen for many years, some three generations of the same family.
Rachel Barty, RDH Rachel Barty graduated from the Sacramento City College Dental Hygiene program in 1992. Her very first job was with Dr. Johnson in an office he had in Dixon at that time. She worked with him for 7 years until he relocated to Davis. She then came back to work with him in 2006. Rachel lives with her husband and three children in Vacaville. She enjoys camping, boating, quad motorcycles. What she enjoys most about dental hygiene is the opportunity to help give people a bright smile they are proud of. She is also very grateful to have met so many nice people over the years.
Tammy Bogardus, RDH Tammy has been with the practice since 2001. She grew up in Aloha, Oregon and graduated from the dental hygiene program at Portland Community College in 1988. She has practiced hygiene in Oregon, Washington, and California. She lives with her husband and two sons in Dixon. She enjoys gardening, cooking, knitting, quilting, and crafting. She loves practicing dental hygiene because of the wonderful people that she meets. She likes to make people feel comfortable and have a pleasant experience in the dental office. She loves to hear people say they used to fear the dentist but now they are not anxious anymore.
Lisa Graham, RDH Lisa has been in the dental field since 1998. She graduated from Santa Rosa JC Dental Hygiene program in 2004. Her focus is to establish a safe, comfortable and trusting relationship with patients. She loves to see patients progress and develop effective dental hygiene, collaborating together each visit for an individualized plan of care. Lisa grew up in Marin and now lives in Dixon. She is happily married with two daughters. She enjoys camping, hiking, and attending her daughters softball, basketball & volleyball games.
Leona Ferreira, RDH Leona had a childhood dream of becoming a dental hygienist and after working as a registered dental assistant since 1997 went back to school and graduated from the Sacramento City College Dental Hygiene Program in 2008. She is passionate about caring for her patients and is always learning to provide the most up to date information in a compassionate environment. Leona has varied interests outside the office such as running, reading, enjoying live music, spending time with her family and friends, and is happiest at the beach. Leona loves dentistry and enjoys building relationships with her patients like she had growing up with her dentist and dental hygienists.
Melissa Gonzales Melissa Gonzales has been in the dental field for 20 years and has worked at Dr. Johnson, Jones and Ciccarellis office since 2006. Melissa is happy to assist during exams and other dental procedures.
Kacie Barrett Kacie graduated from Blake Austin College and has been an RDA for three years. She grew up in Dixon and still lives in her small town. Kacie enjoys hiking, country music and spending time with her family. She loves seeing the outcome in patients' smiles when they are finished with their dental procedures. At the end of the day, it brings Kacie joy knowing that she has helped people's confidence in themselves and help overcome any dental anxiety.
Adriana Cunningham Adriana graduated from Heald College and has been an RDA for over 10 years. She recently moved to Dixon with her family. She loves spending the weekend outdoors with her husband, daughter and their dog. Adriana enjoys assisting the doctors in helping create and maintain confident and healthy smiles.
Savannah Beckett-Pas Savannah has been in the dental field for six years. She was born and raised in Sacramento, and now lives in Woodland. She loves spending time with her two small dogs. Savannah enjoys hiking, biking and vacationing with family and friends. She likes to make patients feel comfortable and have a pleasant experience in the dental office.
Lindsay Crawford Lindsay graduated from U.C. Davis and has been in the dental field for 25 years. She was born in Canada but moved to California at a young age. She is married has two children and a pet boxer. She enjoys watching her children play soccer, her daughter play the violin and son practice his karate.
Julie Shaw Julie has been in the dental field for 16 years helping patients with insurance, scheduling and billing. Originally from Yorkshire, England she has lived here in the U.S. for 25 years. She has lived in Dixon for the past 18 years where her two children have grown up. She likes the sun and spends time in her back yard, loves getting together with friends, going to movies and walking.
Gina Maderos Gina has been in the dental field for 8 years. She was born and raised in Oregon but now resides in California. Gina is married has two children and a pet dog. She enjoys out door water sports and vacationing with her husband. Gina has a friendly smile and is always ready to greet our patients.
Sonia Perez Sonia has been with the practice since 2008. Sonia was born and raised in San Francisco and now resides in Dixon. She's married with three sons and enjoys hiking, the outdoors and spending time with family. She loves the service she gets to provide assisting patients with their dental needs and being part of a dynamic team.
Kristina Kristina was born in Oregon and has lived in Davis since she was five. She has two small dogs and loves taking them to the park and snuggling with them. Kristina enjoys reading, crossword puzzles, and spending time with her family.
