I've always been the type of person who views life through a different lens than those around me. Some people look at something and see it for exactly what it is.However, Ilook at something and see all the potential of what it could be.Maybeits aroom that is in need ofa fresh coat of paint and some new furnishings, ablock of wood or stack of boardsto be built into something beautiful, or maybe its even a characteristic about myself that could use some refining --- I find myself consistently thinking about how something could be improved
This outlook on life carries directly into my work as an orthodontist. I have the opportunity to see the potential in each person's smile and help their vision become a reality. I am a firm believer that form and function are equal, meaning anything can function well and also look good while doing it. Details and quality matter, and I strive for nothing short of perfection for our patients. There is so much value in a confident smile -- and I am so honored to play a role in each of our patient's smilestory
Prior to Harper's arrival in July 2017, Idrew out the plans to build her a custom crib. It took several months to complete (and may or may have not been completed when Harper made her arrival). It is so excitingto have an heirloom piece that can be passed on to the next generation
FUN FACT: The finish on the crib is a technique known as 'cerusing,' and it gives the two tone appearance you see. Each piece required 7 coats to achieve the desired look! It was a commitment, but very much so worth it!
