Dr. T. Chase Cornils was raised in the small town of Hagerstown, Indiana. He attended Ball State University for his undergraduate education. Dr. Chase received his D.D.S. degree from IU School of Dentistry. His father is a retired dentist, and his two sisters arepracticing dentistry in Hagerstown and Greenfield.
Dr. Chase enjoys being active by going to the gym or playing sports including flag football, basketball, bowling, mini marathons, and golf. Along with playing sports, Dr. Chase is also a fan of watching them, especially the Indianapolis Colts.
Dr. Chase is a member of the American Dental Association, Indiana Dental Association, and East Central Indiana Dental Association. He has served as the VP andPresident of the East Central DentalSociety.
