Since becoming involved in dentistry in 2001, Jayne brings a great deal of experience and warmth to the practice. Jayne has been with Dr. Chipriano since the inception of the practice in 2005 and was very helpful in its developmental stages.
When asked about her tenure, Jayne remarked, 'My experience working at Dr. Chipriano 's office has been very rewarding. My favorite part is our patients and the rapport we have created with them. We are like a family here. We are all treated with the utmost respect which makes working with Dr. Chipriano quite an honor and a privilege.'
Jayne resides in Minersville. Her daughter Mariah is a student at Lock Haven University. Her son Michael lives in Philadelphia. In her spare time Jayne enjoys spending time with her children and family.
Marilyn, a native of Cressona and graduate of Blue Mountain Area High School, joined our office in May 2006. Marilyn also graduated from the Reading Area Community College Dental Assisting Program in 2005.
When asked about her favorite part about her job, Marilyn said, 'I like working with people, everybody is different. You get to know so many personalities. Each patient has different needs, so my job is always changing. It 's a good feeling to go home at the end of each day knowing you helped so many people. I 'm always looking forward to meeting new people, so come in and see us.'
Marilyn lives in Orwigsburg with her husband, Andy and her son Brent, who is attending Philadelphia University of the Sciences majoring in biochemistry. Marilyn enjoys weekend getaways with her family in their RV and ATV adventures.
Shawna is a native of Branchdale and a graduate of Minersville Area High School. Shawna graduated from Northampton Community College as class president in 2005 with an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. Shawna practiced dental hygiene in a Family dental practice in Shillington, PA from 2005 until 2011. Due to increasing practice growth and patient demands, Shawna was ecstatic to join our dental team.
When asked about her career, Shawna reflected, 'Teeth have always been of interest to me. What better way to show it than to pursue a career in a field that focuses on them.' In terms of Shawna 's personal and professional goals, Shawna said, ' I really look forward to providing quality dental care for the people in our community and building relationships with them.'
Jamie was raised in Kulpmont, PA. She graduated from Mount Carmel High School in 2009 and received her Associates Degree in Dental Hygiene along with her Local Anesthesia License from Luzerne County Community College in 2011. Prior to joining our team, Jamie worked as a dental hygienist in Shamokin and at several locations in the Lehigh Valley. Jamie loves working as a dental hygienist because she enjoys meeting new people, helping to relieve the concerns of patients experiencing dental anxiety, and teaching patients proper oral hygiene. Jamie currently resides in Kulpmont with her daughter, Lily. She enjoys spending time with Lily and her family, baking, spending time outdoors whenever possible, and exercising.
Nicole was born and raised in Pottsville and a 2002 graduate of Pottsville Area High School. In 2016 she received her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene as well as Certification in Local Anesthesia from Luzerne County Community College. Nicole truly enjoys having the opportunity to provide the best possible care to each patient. She is a firm believer in preventative dental treatment and giving patients of all ages the necessary tools to achieve optimal homecare. Nicole currently lives in Pottsville with her husband Mike and their three children.
Lauren is originally from Cressona and graduated from Blue Mountain High School in 2017. She earned her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene at Northampton Community College in 2019. She is also licensed to administer Local Anesthesia. She currently resides and practices dental hygiene in Reading, but helps us out on Fridays and Saturdays. Lauren strives to provide the highest standard of care, educate each patient about their dental concerns, and make each patient feel comfortable in her chair. In her free time, Lauren enjoys going camping, hiking, biking, and spending time with her family.
