In support of our Champaign community, we give to several local charities in many creative ways. Each fall, we have a food drive to support the Caring Kitchen food bank. The Caring Kitchen is a local Champaign county community outreach ministry based on the Bible and motivated by the love of God. Through this partnership, our goal is to aid in its mission to provide services to all people without discrimination.
We are a sponsor for the Fearless 5k, which raises funds in Champaign county for families dealing with life-threatening illnesses like childhood cancer. This race is hosted by Running4Life, a non-profit organization. Since Running4Life was formed, more than 20 children and their families have received assistance. We are also sponsoring the Cable Country Classic 5k, which supports the purchase of playground and equipment and improvements in the Cable community park area.
Apart from supporting our communitys charities through volunteer work and monetary donations, we also have the privilege of sponsoring ads for non-profit organizations that are played on the local radio station, WPKO. These non-profit organizations include Running4Life, CRSI (Champaign Residential Services, Inc), Animal Welfare League, Suicide Prevention Coalition, Community Christmas, The Cancer Association, Barely Used Pets, Mercy Hospital, and the Community Thrift Store.

X-rays are a focused beam of x-ray particles passed through bone which produce an image on special film, showing the structure through which it passed. This provides the familiar black and white images doctors and dentists use to diagnose problems and disease. Without an x-ray of the whole tooth and supporting bone and gum tissues, there would be no way to detect infection or pathology that requires attention.
Soft tissue lasers are used to safely remove soft tissue, such as excess gum tissue. The soft tissue laser can also be employed to destroy bacteria in gum pockets, preventing infection and allowing the tissue to return to a healthy state. The soft tissue laser enabled the dentist to treat our patients with extreme accuracy and eliminates the need for most stitches.
