Dentistry is my passion! I have wanted to be a dentist since I was a teenager as I come from a family of doctors. I went to elementary, middle and high school at the renowned Carmel Covenant School in Chandigarh, India. I then went on to pursue my passion for Dentistry in a beautiful campus at Himachal Dental College in India where I received a stellar education. I then practiced dentistry in the private sector as a general dentist for one year and during my spare time I volunteered my time in many rural areas throughout India. I then got married in 2001 to my husband, Amit and moved to the US. I then pursued advanced dental education in the distinguished dental programs of UCLA, and thereafter in 2004, I passed my California Dental Board Exam and became a licensed dentist in the US. I now go back to India on a regular basis and volunteer my time as a dentist to the poor schools and villages who have never had the means to receive dental treatment or care. I also regularly attend educational conferences and keep up to date with the latest and advanced techniques in the dental industry.
I am happily married to my husband, Amit who is in investments. I am blessed with beautiful twin daughters named Mahek and Mannat. I like to spend as much free time as possible with my family. My hobbies include cooking, traveling, listening to podcasts and spending time with the family.
