Dr. Dabir was born and raised in India. He completed his dental school there in 1995. He practiced as a general dentist for three years before coming to Louisiana State University, New Orleans for his residency in Pediatric Dentistry in 1998.
He graduated in 2000 and was the first student from the program to obtain a Masters degree. He taught at LSU for two years prior to making San Diego his home in 2003. As a pediatric dentist for over fifteen years, Dr. Dabir has extensive experience in providing dental care to infants, children and teens.
Dr. Dabir is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a senior staff member at Rady Childrens Hospital. He has been in private practice in San Diego County since 2003. He enjoys providing the latest treatment options, such as laser dentistry, for his patients.
Dr. Cuisia graduated from dental school at the University of the Philippines in 1994. She obtained a certificate of Externship in Pediatric Dentistry at Philippine Childrens Medical Center in 1995. In 2000, Dr. Cuisia completed her Pediatric Dentistry Residency at the Louisiana State University, New Orleans.
After residency, she then became a fellow at University of Maryland at Baltimore for 2 years where she provided care to children in underserved areas of Maryland. She also taught the residents and dental students at UMB.
Dr. Cuisia has been in private practice in San Diego since 2002. She has provided dental care exclusively to infants, children and teens for more than 10 years. She is a senior staff member at Rady Childrens Hospital.
Dr. Rayna grew up in New York and went to undergraduate and dental school at Case Western Reserve University, in Cleveland, OH. She graduated from dental school in 2012. Dr. Rayna knew she wanted to be a pediatric dentist from early on but also wanted further experience treating many different types of patients. Before completing her pediatric dental residency, Dr. Rayna completed a General Practice Residency at St. Vincent Charity Medical Center in Cleveland, OH. Dr. Rayna then went on to complete a Pediatric Dental Residency at New York University-Lutheran Medical Center in Southern California, at Rady Childrens Hospital in June 2015.
Dr. Rayna is a Diplomat of American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a staff member at Rady Childrens Hospital. She obtained extensive training during both of her residencies in treating severely medically compromised as well as special needs patients of all ages.
