Dr. Bowie grew up in the rural town of Forestville in western New York State right in the heart of the snow-belt. For a change of scenery, she moved to Phoenix, Arizona where she achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology from Arizona State University graduating Magna Cum Laude. After marrying her husband, Harold, also from western New York State, she pursued her ambition of becoming a dentist and chose to attend the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry where she attained her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree.
For the past 7 years, Dr. Bowie has owned and operated a dental office in a small rural town in central Minnesota. While she loved her practice, patients, and staff, a change in her husbands job facilitated the move back to Arizona. Dr. Bowie is thrilled about the opportunity to get acquainted with her patients and to become a part of the community here in Prescott Valley!

Dr. Bowie is a member of the American Dental Association, Arizona Dental Association, Northern Arizona Dental Society and the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce. For eight years she has volunteered for the Dental Lifeline Network which provides free dentistry to people in need and also volunteers at the Arizona Mission of Mercy that takes place in Phoenix and services people from all over the state.
Sarah began her journey in the dental field when she was only 16 years old thanks to a school-to-work program offered at her high school. After school, Sarah remembers walking to a nearby dental office to clean instruments, file papers, and assist the office team. As time went on, Sarah graduated from Mohave Community College with an associates degree in science with an emphasis in dental hygiene. To add to her achievements, Sarah reached high and received the Colgate Student Total Achievement Recognition. Sarah has been in the Prescott area since the age of 9 and still loves this location. She has been happily married to her husband Todd for 21 years. Together, they are raising their 4 children, some of whom have been adopted into her loving home. As for pets, Sarah tends to many plants. Needless to say, Sarah loves gardening, but she also has a passion for cooking and collecting antique kitchen items like vintage pyrex. You may also find her enjoying a good book like one of her favorite reads The Lonesome Dove. As part of our dental family, Sarah enjoys communicating with patients and educating them about their oral health. You can tell that Sarah truly cares about every patient she encounters, and she wants to help them get the care that they need and deserve. As for us, we are so grateful to have such a caring and kind individual on our team.
Melissa has such a kind heart and brings a ton of joy to everyone she encounters. Originally from Illinois, Melissa has found a new home that she loves here in Prescott Valley. Melissa spent many years as a dental assistant. Her decision to pursue dental hygiene as a career arose from a desire to learn and experience more in the dentistry field. She loves helping patients feel comfortable and providing them with the tools that they need to make informed decisions about their oral health. At our office, youll find that Melissa is an extremely good listener and treats every patient as a unique individual. In her spare time, Melissa enjoys spending time outdoors with her family, including her four wonderful and energetic boys. Little-known about Melissa, she has an identical twin and has her motorcycle license! We truly love having such a determined individual on our team. Melissa really helps make our dental family one-of-a-kind.
Stephanie is taking on a new adventure in the local community. In June 2021, Stephanie and her husband left their home in California to be closer to her family in Prescott. Shes thrilled to announce that she and her family will be welcoming a little one in May. For now, Stephanie is out exploring her new hometown and is getting to know the Bowie Family Dental team. Stephanie proudly graduated from Santa Rosa Jr College with an associates degree in Dental Hygiene. While at work, Stephanie loves focusing on her patients and educating them on how to improve their oral health. Her friendly personality and exceptional communication skills make her an excellent addition to the team. We are so excited to have her.
Finding a home in beautiful Prescott, Kelly stumbled upon our dental family in PV. This dental rockstar brings over 25 years of experience to our office. She has a reliable and kind heart that helps our patients feel comfortable. Kelly loves helping people, and dentistry offered a way to teach people about the relationship between health and teeth. In her family, Kelly treasures her five grandchildren, three children, and two fur babies. When Kelly has free time, she enjoys crafting homemade projects. Kelly certainly knows how to bring on the smiles, and we are truly fortunate to have her.
Our dental assistant, Savannah, was born and raised in Arizona. She has a passion for teeth and really cares about making others smile. With a positive attitude, Savannah works hard to make sure everything at the office runs smoothly. You may notice that Savannah has a quiet nature, but she certainly has a way of showing her funny and cheerful sides. At home, Savannah loves spending time with her daughter and kitten named Kitty. We are thrilled to have Savannah as a member of our dental family.
This smiling face is always ready to help patients at our office. Bridget is originally from San Diego, but upon visiting family in the area, she couldnt help but fall in love. Prescott Valley eventually became the place she called home. Her interest in the dental field blossomed when a family friend became a hygienist. Bridget found a big spark of inspiration from them and furthered her commitment to the dental field by graduating from dental assisting school in 2009. In her spare time, Bridget loves watching movies and going on road trips with her wonderful daughter. When you meet Bridget, youll find that she is extraordinarily friendly and has a one-of-a-kind personality that helps her connect with everyone around her. We absolutely love having Bridget on our team!
With a desire to help others, Ciara pursued a rewarding career in the field of dentistry. She committed to this path by attending the Arizona School of Dental Assisting in Phoenix where she ultimately received a certificate of completion for dental assisting. After spending over twenty years in Phoenix, Ciara moved to Prescott Valley because she fell in love with the scenery and felt that it was time for a change of pace.
With 2 years of orthodontic experience under her belt, Ciara found her experiences to be extremely fulfilling. She cherishes so many interactions with patients such as seeing joy and relief on a patients face after helping them find their perfect smile. Her easy-going and honest nature makes our patients feel right at home and comfortable while at our office.
In her free time, Ciara greatly enjoys spending time with her son and pup. She also takes time to go on adventures by camping and off-roading. Interior decorating, crafting, and watching sports are some of her other favorite interests. For Ciara, there is always something to explore and do.
Lydia is new to Arizona as she has come to us from Nevada. Seeking big change, Lydia decided to welcome new sights and new people into her life. She is excited to meet new friends while still maintaining her former relationships with friends and siblings. Lydia has always had a strong interest in medical and dental fields because of her desire to help others. She has several years of experience in the medical field and has obtained her Certification in Medical Assisting from Lancaster, CA. At the workplace, Lydia is a dedicated individual who focuses on the finer details. She enjoys staying busy and will give 110% in all that she takes on. We love having such a diligent and friendly face helping all of our patients. In her free time, Lydia loves gardening with her two small dogs. The hobby brings her much fulfillment as she plants and harvests at home. We feel so fortunate to have such a committed team member on our team.

As an Arizona native, Alysia built her life here with her husband of nine years and their three beautiful children.
