Dr. Josh Stamper was born and raised in Richmond, Kentucky. He attended University of Kentucky on full scholarship where he graduated with a degree in Biology. During his time in college, he worked as the dental coordinator with a not for profit dental clinic serving those in need in Lexington. He received his dental training at the University of Kentucky College of Dentistry where he emphasised his studies on the latest in restorative dental care including digital dentistry and dental implants.
Dr. Stampers approach to dentistry comes from his own experiences as he suffered a great trauma requiring lots of dental work including 9 years of braces, root canals, and crowns. He uses his own experience to help guide his treatment and care of his patients because he truly understands how it feels to be in the dental chair.
