They grew up in Michigan and met during their first year at The University of Michigan School of dentistry. After graduation and their lakeside wedding in Northern Michigan, their love of the mountains pulled them west to Reno. Lake Tahoe holds a special place in their hearts because it reminds them of all the best parts of their home state.
I moved to the Reno area in 1984 and have called Reno my home ever since. I graduated from Truckee Meadows Dental Assisting Program in 2000, started my career as a chairside assistant, and for the past 16 years, I have focused on administrative and front desk responsibilities. I love that in the dental field you can meet people from the community, form great friendships and support their dental health.
I have 16-year-old twins, a boy and a girl. When I am not busy with their school activities, sports, and their teen social life I like spending my time with friends and family. I enjoy reading, movies, traveling, cooking, wine-tasting, and anything outdoors.
I was born in San Jose, CA, moved to Reno in 2001. I have been in the medical field for 6 years and a little over 2 years in the dental field. Originally, I was pursuing a degree in nursing but I absolutely enjoy the dental field and how it helps others with their oral health. Currently, I am seeking my Bachelors Degree in Dental Hygiene and look forward to my acceptance into the program.
I have been in the dental field for over a decade. I attended the Dental Hygiene Program at The College of Southern Nevada in Las Vegas, NV, and have been practicing as a dental hygienist for 7 years. I enjoy educating my patients to better their oral health while providing a gentle and exceptional experience. I am lucky to be surrounded by such a great team here at Blue Water Dental Care.
I moved to Nevada from Oregon in 2018. Reno is such a beautiful city that I am proud to call home! I graduated from dental hygiene school in Portland, Oregon in 2014 and have worked in the dental field since 2009.
I am married and have 2 girls and 2 dogs: a german shepherd and a chocolate lab. When I am not working, I am usually running around with the kids, swimming in the backyard, and trying new recipes. I love being a part of the Blue Water Dental team!
I grew up in Gardnerville, Nevada. I have been in the dental field assisting since 2016. I started out in pediatrics for two and a half years then moved on to general dentistry and have been enjoying it ever since. Providing great care for my patients and helping them achieve their dental care needs is what makes me love what I do.
