I obtained my Doctorate of Dental Surgery at the University of Tennessee. I am also a member of the American Dental Association, the Georgia Dental Association, the Academy of General Dentistry, and a fellow of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
I have lived in Blue Ridgefor over20 years now. I am married to my wife Ashley, and we have three sons:Nathan, Nicholas, and Joshua. When Im not at work, my hobbies include being outdoors, hiking, backpacking, camping, and exploring. I am also involved with the local church and enjoy helping out the community. I am originally from Michigan and moved to Georgia in 2010.I am married to my wife, Diane, and we have 2 children: Danielle and Elijah. I enjoy reading, outdoor activities, spending time with my family and my church.
I am a general dentist with over 35years of dental experience. I was privileged to serve in the U.S. Navy for over three years. I was stationed with the U.S. Marine Corps at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, and abroad on ships in the Mediterranean Sea before moving to Georga in 1988.
I received my Bachelor's degree in Biology in 1981 and my Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from West Virginia University in 1985. I am a member of the American Dental Association and the Georgia Dental Association.
I have been married to my wife Amy since 1992. We have two adult children, Seth and Morgan. I enjoyhikingand photographing nature. I also enjoy woodworking and fabricating rustic furniture for my cabin in Ellijay.
I love being a dentist. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to meet so many wonderful people, and the friendships that Ive built with my patients and their families are one in a million. It has always been my focus to make each patient feel at home when they come to me for treatment and I work hard to give my patients the attention they deserve.
My education in dentistry has provided me with a strong foundation of knowledge and experience. Before becoming a dentist, I received my dental degree from the University of Michigan in 2004. I also completed a 1 year general practice residency in 2005 at the University of Michigan Hospital.
I am truly blessed to live and work in such a wonderful community. I enjoy getting to know my patients and their families, and it is such an honor to know that I have made a difference in so many of my patients lives.
