Dr. Tammira Badakhshan is a Maryland native, born and raised in Gaithersburg. Dr. Badakhshan completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Maryland, College Park obtaining a Bachelors of Science in Biology. She then attended the University of Maryland, Baltimore School of Dentistry where she obtained her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. Dr. Badakhshan has been practicing as a general dentist for over five years. She provides comprehensive dental treatment to both adults and children. Dr. Badakhshan not only provides basic preventative care and restorative dentistry, but has extensive experience in cosmetic procedures including veneers and whitening. She is Invisalign certified and can provide orthodontic treatment to adults who qualify.
Dr. Morgan Floyd received her doctorate of dental medicine from The University of Alabama School of Dentistry in Birmingham, Alabama. Dr. Floyd continued her training at Harvard School of Dental Medicine and The Cambridge Health Alliance, where she completed a General Practice Residency. Her residency focused on the team-based approach to dentistry, including the oral health provider as part of the overall healthcare team. Dr. Floyd has experience working with children, medically complex, and special needs patients.

Dr. Gabriella Noveck completed her undergraduate studies at Barnard College of Columbia University receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Subsequently, she attended Columbia University School of Dental Medicine in New York City where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree. She continued her training at Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital in their General Practice Residency program and practiced as a general dentist in the state of New Jersey before joining Bethesda Family Dentistry.
Dr. Joseph Lee completed his undergraduate studies at North Carolina State University with a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and Chemistry. Dr Lee went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery from Columbia University, and then his Master of Science in Dentistry in Endodontics from Case Western Reserve University School of Dentistry. Dr. Lee gained his valuable experience where he practiced Dentistry with the United States Army for several years. He also has a deep commitment and dedication to the community, where he has treated patients on Medical/Dental Missions to Chile, Albania, and Amazon River in Brazil.
Dr. Vahid is a highly trained periodontist. She received her doctorate of dental surgery from the University of Maryland Baltimore College of Dentistry. After she continued her training and received a degree in Advanced Education in General Dentistry from the University of Pittsburgh. Following this year she continued to pursue her passion in dentistry and completed her training in the specialty of Periodontics at the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Gramkee brings a diverse base of experience in general dentistry and periodontics to Bethesda Family Dentistry. He is committed to excellence and patient satisfaction. After graduating dental school, he joined the U.S. Navy served as a Dental Officer for over 20 years before retiring at the rank of Captain. He served on the USS Constellation (CV-64) and overseas locations as a General Dentist for seven years.

Her education is ongoing as she has attended more than 1200 hours of continuing education. Recognized as a Top Dentist, she is the original founder of Bethesda Family Dentistry, which she started in 1984.
Dr. Tabb has appeared on several local news programs and talk shows, as a highly regarded spokesperson for dentistry, and has volunteered in area schools to educate, and promote dental health. She has volunteered her services for the Maryland Mission of Mercy, providing free dental care to people ages 18 to 100 in Cumberland, Maryland.
Dr. Tabb was born in New Jersey, one of five children, and grew up in Annandale, Virginia. Her career in dentistry started at a very early age, as a dental hygienist, and she worked as a hygienist, while in dental school. She has three children; 2 boys and a girl, and enjoys spending quality family time whenever she can. She is an avid scuba diver and a member of the South Pacific Underwater Medical Society, and the Explorers Club. It is an honor to be a member of the Explorers Club, which is an international organization dedicated to education, field research and exploration. She loves to waterski and snow ski at Deep Creek Lake, Maryland and keeps trying her luck with tennis.
