Continuity, kindness, excellence, fairness and beautiful teeth are a few of the important goals in Dr.Christy's practice of dentistry. She really enjoys working with composite to reshape the front teeth of her patients without braces or crowns. She attended the University of Minnesota's Esthetic Dentistry Course which was 150 hours. She and her husband Dr. Rick have been married for 40 years and have 3 children. Their oldest son Nick, recently joined their practices as a pediatric dentist.
Dr. Rick received his dental education at the University of Minnesota and the Royal Danish Dental College at Aarhus, Denmark. He completed his pediatric dental residency at the University of Minnesota, where he served as an Advisory Board member for the universitys Continuing Dental Education Division and is a frequent CE program lecturer. He is an Associate Professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, where his responsibilities are lecture presentation and clinical instruction of pre-doctoral and post-doctoral dental students, and pediatric dental residents. Dr. Baylon is an active staff member of Childrens Hospital Health Center in St. Paul and has served as the Consulting Pediatric Dentist on the Surgery, Anesthesia and Pathology Committee. He is a Consulting Pediatric Dentist for 3M/ESPE and maintains an active private practice with two pediatric dental partners. Dr. Baylon is a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Minnesota Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Minnesota Dental Association, the St. Paul District Dental Society, the University of Minnesota SOD Alumni Society and (g)nathos.
Dr. Teo received her undergraduate and Dental School education from the University of Minnesota. Teo completed a year of advanced education in General Dentistry from Marquette University, WI. Teo has worked in a community dental clinic, private practices and has been adjunct faculty in the Comprehensive Care Clinic at the University of Minnesota.

Dr. Nick is a board certified pediatric dentist who grew up in the Stillwater area with his parents Drs. Richard and Christine Baylon. He received his dental degree from the University of Minnesota in 2010. He practiced as a general dentist in a community clinic for several years and then completed a one-year general practice residency at St. Barnabas Hospital in The Bronx, NY. Dr. Nick completed a two-year pediatric dentistry residency program at the University of Minnesota in 2015 and received his diplomate status with the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry in 2016.
