I was born and raised in Springville. I did my undergraduate work at BYU and attended University of the Pacific dental school in San Francisco. I have a wonderful wife whom Ive been married to for 36 years. We have three amazing children who have great spouses, and have blessed us with 6 incredible grandchildren. I love music, playing guitar, and anything outdoors. I love my job and the great ladies I get to work with each day. I love the people that come in the office for treatment and care. I enjoy getting to know them and helping where I can. Ive been practicing now for 30 years.
Dr. Jody Adams attended Ricks College, Brigham Young University, and ended up graduating back in his home state of Texas from Prairie View A&M University. He worked in the accounting department for IBM for 2 years but felt something was missing. His love for people and his desire to work in Health Care led him to want to be a dentist. He then attended and graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center in San Antonio. After graduation, he moved to North Ogden, Utah, and opened up Smile 2 Heart Dental in Brigham City, Utah. He worked in his dental office for 22 years and thoroughly enjoyed every minute he provided dental care to his wonderful patients there.
After meeting Dr. Fullmer at Art City Dental and his wonderful staff, he knew it was time to make a change. The values and standard of care they have at Art City Dental were a perfect match. Dr. Jody Adams is deeply passionate about dentistry and loves learning through continued education as often as he can. Even after many years in dentistry, he loves to learn new and up-to-date procedures that will bring the best option and long-term dentistry to those he works with.
Dr. Adams and his wife Trinda have 7 sons, 6 of which are married. They also have 13 grandchildren and counting. Their family is very involved in sports, outdoor activities no matter the season and love spending as much time together as possible.
I grew up in Mapleton and have lived in Springville for thirty six years. I have known Dr. Fullmer for over thirty years and have worked with him for over twenty of those years! I love to sew, bake, and play volleyball. Spending time with my family camping, hunting,and boating is number one on my to do list!
I became a certified dental assistant (CDA) in 2007 and have been excelling in certification for 9 years as an orthodontic assistant. I graduated from Utah College of Dental Hygiene with a bachelor degree as a dental hygienist in 2014.
I started with Art City Dental in 2016. I really love the office. I am married and have a sweet little baby boy. I love spending time with my family. I spend a lot of my time in the mountains camping, horse riding, and hunting. I currently have 3 horses and 4 dogs as well. I am very energetic and enthusiastic. I love caring for my patients as well as my own family.
I grew up in West Jordan and lived there for 23 years until we moved to Payson 2 ago. I was a cosmetologist for 23 years until I decided on a career change. I became a dental assistant and have been enjoying this career for 9 years. I absolutely love the dental profession. I love meeting new people and getting to know them. I love spending time with my family and friends. I have three kids, 4 grandkids, and have been married for 26 years. I enjoy reading, traveling, hiking,and playing with my three cats and 1 dog. I also love crossfit.
I grew up in Springville and I love this community. I attended Utah Valley University Dental Hygiene school and have been practicing as a dental hygienist for 12 years now. I am happy to have the opportunity of working at Art City Dental. I love my job and the people I work with. I enjoy getting acquainted with all those who walk through the door for care.
I have three grown children and three beautiful granddaughters. My favorite activities include spending time with family and friends, cycling, boating, hiking, camping and just about anything outdoors.

Hi! My name is Angela Kelsey, but you can call me Angie. I grew up in the small town of Oak City, Utah (its by Delta) and am now currently living in Orem. I graduated with my Bachelors in Dental Hygiene from Dixie State University and began working at Art City Dental in February of 2017. I have absolutely loved working here! Everyone is so wonderful!
I was born and raised in Utah County. I love being outdoors and dancing. Im obsessed with popcorn and the color blue! Dental assisting is one of my passions because I love helping others and meeting new people.
I grew up in St. George, Utah but I currently live in Highland. I completed my prerequisites for Dental Hygiene school at BYU. I worked as a dental assistant for 3 years while pursuing my degree. In 2019 I graduated from the Utah College of Dental Hygiene and have worked at Art City Dental ever since. My husband and I have a little boy who constantly keeps us on our toes, and we love him so much. As a family, we love hiking around the different national parks in Utah, road biking, and going on drives. I love working as a Dental Hygienist and am so grateful to work with such an awesome team and educate patients on how to take the best care of their oral health!
I have worked at Art City Dental since 2020 as an assistant and I love it. I grew up in Spanish Fork. I love boating, my favorite season is Summer, my favorite holiday is The 4th of July, my favorite movie is Shes the Man and my favorite color is Pink!
I have known Dr. Fullmer my entire life and have personally been a patient of his since 1988. I started my adult life as a Dental Assistant my senior year of high school. Shortly after I decided to get my business degree and was recruited into the Medical billing field where I spent 15 years. I have been doing Dental billing since 2018 and I really enjoy it. I have twin boys who are my pride and joy. I love spending time with my family and friends; camping, hunting, fishing, boating, and playing sports.
I recently moved back to Utah where I grew up. I am happy to be closer to family and friends. I love boating, watching or playing sports, yard work, and laughing or spending time with my family who is my greatest joy.
I have been working in the dental field for about six years. Helping others has always been a priority to me. Art City Dental has been such a positive experience. I love the stand and am honored to be a part of such a great practice.
